Eliana's heart pounded violently in her chest, her breath coming in short, sharp bursts. The mere thought of being seen by Alpha Gabriel paralyzed her with fear. Her pulse raced as she finally spotted her by the kitchen, wiping down a counter with a cloth. Eliana hurried over, her breathing unsteady.
