"Indeed, there is,"" Rosh nodded. "Besides the Zoan and Paramecia types, there's a third major category of Devil Fruits: Logia."
'Logia?'
Fisk and Wesley exchanged a glance, and based on the pattern of the other two categories, they had a rough idea of what Logia might entail.
"Shopkeeper, does Logia refer to powers derived from natural elements? Like wind? Lightning?" Fisk asked, his eyes gleaming with anticipation.
"Exactly. Elements like wind, lightning, light, ice, and so on. Logia-type Devil Fruits allow the user to command these forces of nature," Rosh explained. "Or, to put it another way, they allow the user to become a part of these elements."
The eyes of both Fisk and Wesley lit up. Even if they weren't familiar with the advanced techniques of Logia users, just the idea of becoming an elemental force sounded far more prestigious than anything the Zoan or Paramecia types could offer.
"Shopkeeper, does the store currently have any Logia Fruits? And if not, when might they be available?" Wesley eagerly asked.
"Unfortunately, Mr. Wesley, Logia Fruits are incredibly rare and won't be available anytime soon. Even when they do become available, the shop will likely auction them off rather than sell them directly," Rosh explained politely.
"I see," Fisk replied, his face betraying a trace of disappointment. He understood that his chances of obtaining a Logia Fruit were slim. Although he ruled the underground of New York, he knew that he wasn't on par with the world's true power players in the grand scheme of things. He had no illusions about his place in such a competitive market.
Moreover, there was no telling when a Logia Fruit might even come up for sale.
Realizing this, Fisk quickly came to a practical decision. "The Logia Fruits are probably out of my reach. I think I should focus on the Zoan and Paramecia types instead."
Despite his words, Fisk couldn't fully conceal his lingering regret. He understood the logic, but the allure of the Logia Fruits was hard to shake off.
"Mr. Fisk, there's no need to feel disappointed. While Devil Fruits grant powerful abilities, the extent of their power depends largely on the user. The Fruit gives you a starting point, but to truly become strong, you need to train and develop your abilities."
"In the Devil Fruit community, there's a saying I hope you both remember," Rosh said, turning serious.
Fisk and Wesley instinctively straightened up, ready to listen like attentive students.
"There are no weak Fruits, only weak users! If an ability user doesn't train and develop their powers, they might lose even to a Zoan-type user, regardless of how powerful their Fruit is."
A prime example was Buggy the Clown. Despite having the incredibly powerful Chop-Chop Fruit, he barely scratched the surface of its potential. Another example was Mr. 5, who wasted the potential of the Bomb-Bomb Fruit by merely using it to flick explosive boogers. If these Fruits were fully developed, they could be devastatingly lethal.
Fisk and Wesley's expressions changed slightly as if they had just had an epiphany.
"Thank you for the guidance, Shopkeeper!" Fisk sincerely thanked Rosh.
"To put it simply, hard work is the key to becoming powerful," Rosh concluded, then handed Kingpin the catalog. "Mr. Fisk, take a look and see if any of the Fruits catch your eye. I can give you a detailed introduction if you find one you're interested in."
Fisk took the catalog from Rosh and carefully went through the options. Finally, his gaze settled on one particular Fruit. He pointed to it and asked, "Shopkeeper, what can you tell me about this Steel-Steel Fruit?"
"The Steel-Steel Fruit is an excellent choice, Mr. Fisk. I believe it's a perfect match for you," Rosh replied with a smile.
The Steel-Steel Fruit had appeared in one of the *One Piece* films, with its user being the massive Bear King, who, like Kingpin, had an enormous and powerful physique. When a person's body parts turn to steel, they become heavier, requiring significant strength to control.
So, was Kingpin strong? Without a doubt!
Kingpin wasn't overweight despite his massive size—he was all muscle. His combat strength was formidable, with enough power to punch through a wall and skills that rivaled world-class martial artists. In the Marvel universe, he was on par with characters like The Punisher, representing the pinnacle of human combat ability. Kingpin has overpowered Daredevil in various adaptations and even survived an explosion in *Hawkeye*.
If Kingpin were to gain the powers of the Steel-Steel Fruit, his strength would be enhanced even further, making him an even more formidable opponent.
"As described in the catalog, the Steel-Steel Fruit allows the user's body to turn into steel. This naturally increases their defense, making them bulletproof. It also boosts their offensive capabilities. For someone like you, Mr. Fisk, if you were to steelify your fists, you could probably kill a bull with a single hit."
Fisk chuckled at Rosh's jest. Given his strength, adding steel fists to the mix wasn't just a boast.
"And what I've described is just the basic use of the Steel-Steel Fruit. It can be developed in many other ways," Rosh continued. "For example, the user can heat their steel body parts to a high temperature, turning them into something akin to a red-hot iron bar!"
Fisk's eyes sparkled with renewed interest. A red-hot steel fist? Now, that would be truly game-changing.

Translator Note: The Steel-Steel Fruit seems to be a reimagined version of the Kachi-Kachi Fruit that Bear King possessed in One Piece: Clockwork Island Adventure. It's likely the author made some modifications to better integrate it into the storyline.
