**Khane's POV**
I don't like getting my hands dirty over small-time intruders. I handed them over to Darius to receive their punishment.
"You can do whatever you want. I hope everything is cut perfectly for those who will enjoy it," I said as I stood behind the iron bars.
Without blinking, I watched Darius and my men in action. It was quite enjoyable to witness the punishment firsthand. I could relish the screams from those who felt the sting of the blades.
"Argh! No! Stop!" one of them cried out, still clinging to life as part of his body began to separate.
The smell of fresh blood pooling behind the bars wafted through the air, piercing with every breath. It had been a while since I last inhaled this scent. It was satisfying, especially with two people willingly surrendering their lives to me.
Darius had finished his task. I noticed that his clothes and parts of his body were stained with blood.
