Chapter 109 - Chapter 108: Let’s See Who Gets Down on His Knees and Calls Him Father First!

Reverse Flash's face blurred, twitching rapidly as if distorted by static, his eyes glowing with a menacing red light. He locked his cold gaze on Su Sheng, who was still clapping and smiling, seemingly unbothered by the tension in the air.

"Stop making trouble for yourself!" Reverse Flash's voice was icy, almost mechanical.

Su Sheng chuckled, shaking his head dismissively. "You're the one asking for trouble. I was willing to let you be, but you had to go and try to make things difficult for me? Fine, if that's how you want it. Let's see who gets down on his knees and calls the other 'father' first."

"You're courting death!" Reverse Flash snarled, his voice dripping with venom.

With that, Reverse Flash moved, the red lightning around him flaring as he surged toward Su Sheng.

At the same time, Su Sheng moved as well.

The two streaks of red lightning collided, their speeds evenly matched, making it impossible for anyone to keep track of them. They darted back and forth across the hall in a blur of red, the clash of their immense speeds sending shockwaves through the air.

In an instant, Reverse Flash grabbed the unconscious Barry Allen and bolted towards the door, leaving Su Sheng standing still, watching them go.

"Aren't you going to chase them?" Peek-a-Boo asked, her voice tinged with curiosity. Though she couldn't keep up with their speed, it had seemed like they were equally matched.

Su Sheng laughed lightly. "I have plenty of ways to kill him. But why should I let him off so easily? Getting him to kneel and call me 'father' is much more satisfying."

As he spoke, a man with a camera emerged from the shadows.

The sight left Multiplex and Peek-a-Boo stunned.

"You can clone too?" Multiplex blurted out, his confusion evident.

"Clone? No, I can't, and frankly, I find the idea disgusting. There's something unsettling about splitting yourself into pieces. No offense," Su Sheng added, though his tone made it clear he didn't really care. He took the camera and the other figure blurred, disappearing in an afterimage.

The ability to move between two points at such speed that it appears as if you're doing two things at once was fundamentally different from cloning. It was still Su Sheng operating both actions simultaneously, but with a clone? The moment they separated, Su Sheng felt it was no longer truly him.

Multiplex's thoughts raced. If Su Sheng had been filming while fighting Reverse Flash, that meant he was even faster than Reverse Flash.

How fast was this guy?

Su Sheng examined the footage on the camera, clearly satisfied. "It's a good shot," he said, smiling at the shocked Multiplex and Peek-a-Boo. "You've done well too. Central City is yours now—have fun."

"What?" Both Multiplex and Peek-a-Boo were dumbfounded. Was he really letting them go just like that? They were now notorious criminals, with The Flash and Reverse Flash both after them. They couldn't just walk away. If they wanted to avoid prison or worse, they had to keep fighting.

As they processed this, Su Sheng activated his super speed and disappeared.

Instead of going home, he headed to where Iris was working, circling her a few times before dashing off to S.T.A.R. Labs.

At S.T.A.R. Labs, Barry Allen slowly regained consciousness. He found himself surrounded by Cisco Ramon, Caitlin Snow, and Harrison Wells, their faces etched with concern.

"What happened?" Barry asked, his voice groggy.

"It was a red streak that brought you back," Caitlin whispered.

"Su Sheng?" Barry asked, confused. "Why would he..."

"We don't know," Cisco shrugged. "But the team killed Simon Stagg, and…Girder is dead."

"Dead? Why?" Barry felt disoriented, realizing he had missed crucial events while he was out cold.

"Who knows?" Cisco replied, throwing up his hands.

"You were lucky this time, Barry. But you can't rely on luck forever. If you want to save people, if you want to help, then you need to focus on getting faster, not rushing into situations that could get you killed," Harrison Wells warned, his voice stern.

"I…I understand," Barry said softly.

Suddenly, the room was filled with the crackling of red lightning as Su Sheng appeared, smiling broadly. "Hey, everyone!"

"Su Sheng!" Barry leaped to his feet, instantly on guard.

"I know I'm handsome, but no need to get so excited," Su Sheng teased, then turned to Cisco. "It's been a while, but I need your help with something."

"What do you want this time?" Cisco asked warily.

"No need to be afraid—it's pointless anyway. I just need you to upload something," Su Sheng said, handing the camera to Cisco. He glanced at Harrison Wells, noting his calm demeanor with interest.

"Oh, and this is for you," Su Sheng added, tossing something to Barry before vanishing in a blur of red.

Barry caught the item, looking at it in shock before quickly tucking it away, his gaze hardening as he looked back at Su Sheng. "What's this about?"

"No need to thank me," Su Sheng said with a wave, noticing the intense glare Barry was giving him. He chuckled softly, "Want to know who killed your mother?"

"You know?" Barry's eyes widened in disbelief, his gaze darting to the camera in Cisco's hand.

"They saved you just now," Su Sheng said with a smirk.

"Saved him? Are you saying it wasn't you who brought Barry back? And what about the murderer of his mother?" Caitlin asked, her voice trembling.

Su Sheng nodded toward Cisco, urging him to play the video.

The camera was new, with only one video recorded. As it played on the screen, the group watched Barry get overwhelmed by Multiplex, Girder, and Peek-a-Boo. The footage showed Barry getting knocked out by Girder's punch, and then the highlight came—Reverse Flash's arrival.

"This is the man who killed your mother," Su Sheng said, his tone casual yet sharp. "His name is Reverse Flash. Isn't that right, Dr. Harrison Wells?"

All eyes turned to Harrison Wells, who remained eerily calm.

"Su Sheng, why did you mention Dr. Wells?" Caitlin asked, her voice shaking with fear.

"Don't you know? Dr. Harrison Wells is Reverse Flash—the man who murdered Barry's mother!" Su Sheng declared, his eyes narrowing as he looked at Wells.
