Inside the library, Lucius sat quietly, holding a thick book titled The Chakra System. It had so many topics that seemed boring from the beginning with complex theories and uninteresting diagrams.
The more he read, the more frustration crept in, deepening his frown.
His mind wandered at some points, exhaustion setting in from trying to force the information into his already overwhelmed brain.
He sighed, feeling like he was getting nowhere.
Darren came and sat beside Lucius. "You got what you need?"
Lucius didn't even look up, shaking his head. "Nope," he muttered, his tone sharp with irritation.
Darren glanced around cautiously, making sure no one was paying attention before leaning in slightly. "You mentioned something about your aspect when you got back home. I have to say, I was a bit taken aback today…" he said cryptically.
