"Not yet," Lucius muttered to the Ethersphere, his gaze falling on Lord Sorrowshade's sword lying on the ground.
He walked over, picked it up, and stared at the sharp blade for a moment.
This sword had killed him three times, but now, it would serve him.
A smirk tugged at his lips as he studied the weapon, then he pulled the sheath from Lord Sorrowshade's lifeless form before heading out of the chamber.
As he did, a wave of imagined fresh air filled his senses.
"So this is what it feels like to be the last man standing," he thought, unable to suppress the smirk spreading across his face as he descended the stairs.
"I killed Lord Sorrowshade..." He stopped in his tracks, still in disbelief. "I can't believe I actually pulled that off. Me?"
Shaking his head, Lucius continued down the stairs, a smile lingering on his face.
