"Then what will you do? I don't want you to go hungry," An Qi frowned as she spoke, sounding a bit anxious.
"Don't worry, I still have a bunch of bee pupae, I won't starve," Lin Yifan answered.
"You're really going to eat bee pupae?" An Qi asked in surprise, finding it truly horrifying. She was having trouble accepting it.
"It looks disgusting, but it's actually delicious when you eat it. Many things can't be judged only by appearances, you have to try them to know whether they're gross or tasty; just like stinky tofu, it smells unappetizing, but once you taste it, you can't stop singing its praises," Yifan replied.
"Does everyone from your hometown eat this?" An Qi inquired curiously.
"We live off the land. You think country folk like us are all as rich as you, with exotic delicacies to eat every day? We grew up eating wild game from the mountains," Yifan answered.
