Ling Zhenfei bade farewell to Fatty, thinking about his farm that was currently under construction. He realized that he hadn't yet completed all the necessary paperwork. He decided to take this opportunity to settle all the paperwork in the city.
The procedures required to establish a farm were quite complex. Not only did he need to register with the Business Administration, but he also had to go to the poverty relief office and the agricultural committee to discuss and review related materials.
With the contract and various identification documents in hand, Zhenfei had been running around all morning. He was now only missing one piece of documentation from the agricultural committee.
As he cycled to the agricultural committee, he saw that next to it, a kindergarten was bustling with noise, surrounded by onlookers layered three deep inside and out. Clearly, something significant had occurred.
Out of curiosity, Zhenfei parked his bike and squeezed through to watch.
