Ye Qiu and Liu Lingxiu returned to the teaching building. Ye Qiu parked his bicycle downstairs, and when they made their way to the classroom, he felt that many classmates were looking at him along the way.
Ye Qiu didn't think much of it. However, word had already spread that the results of the joint exam had come out and that the test papers for each subject would be gradually distributed today. If any student found that their test paper had been incorrectly marked, they could go to the respective offices to correct it, but this would not change the ranking of this joint exam and the school's overall ranking.
Ye Qiu and Liu Lingxiu entered the classroom. As Liu Lingxiu returned to her seat, Ye Qiu was called out by Li Shen and Zhu Zhiming, and they went up to the rooftop of the building.
Li Shen took out a box of Soft Zhonghua, lighting a cigarette for each of Ye Qiu and Zhu Zhiming, and then one for himself.
