The goal of the game you ask?
The world of Leya has been infested with the miasma of an Outer God, that makes women have ridiculously high sexual urges that if not controlled go crazy and turn into powerful monsters that are hell bent on destroying the world. The Main heroines' urges are the most important since if any of them don't have their urge control they will turn into a mini Outer Goddess that will destroy the world in seconds. The Goal of the player is to Have intercourse with the main heroines to control those urges and keep the world safe and intact, while getting stronger to fight and kill the Outer God so the miasma gets erased from the world.
How does the Player get stronger?
By having sex with the heroines, NPC's, and the usual, working out and training.
Oh, also this game was rated impossible, so not to brag but I'm the only player to beat the game completely.

Looking at the screen my reflection came into view.
Short curly black hair. Brown Eyes, a skinny body.
