Second: Do not reveal that Guide Noh Yuno has a hundred percent matching rate with Esper Ki Gayoon.
Third: Do not reveal that Guide Noh Yuno is only capable of Guiding Esper Ki Gayoon.
Yuno read the copy of the contract of Moon Noa's deal with President Cheol Kang.
The terms make sense since the government doesn't want a single Esper to monopolize a Guide as Guides are already rare in the country.
"To hide the fact that Yuyu can't guide other Espers, President Cheol Kang required Yuyu to show his face at the Bureau once a week," Moon Noa explained. "Yuyu will be a part of Bambam's team because we need someone to fake Yuyu's workload."
