After that he decided to move on to more important things, first of all was the introductions.

After the introductions were over, Vin explained why he'd had to delay this long to come back. He also explained how his training with his master as well as their own training was going to be held for the next three months.
He also told them about the Mystic Realm opening that was happening in three months time, although they weren't going to be participating in the event, he was going to make them have a good enough foundation for having to leave them for another three months.
After that he asked about the recent developments of the Order in the past month, and Zidane stood up to give a report.
"The entire mountain had already been hollowed out by the Tenebrous Taskforce and most of the spaces created by them was made into rooms for sleeping. So we didn't have much trouble in that department, aside from the throne room there are also some other important places that had been inovated.
"They are the Prime Hall that belongs solely to the Nexus Primes, the Battle Hall that is controlled by the Ten Paragons and the Shadow Palace that is controlled by the Ten Shadows.
"There's also other sub halls like, the training hall, mission hall, the infirmary, research hall and even a relaxation hall were we can chill off once in a while" there was a faint smile on her face when she said that last part, well on all their faces actually.
Then she continued "But in the past month we've only had the time to develop the throne room, all the other halls and important places hadn't been developed yet and are still plain cavern rooms, but that will change soon.
"It's only because of our limited numbers but I'm sure with the next few months the whole place would be in order, I can assure you that by the time you come back from the Mystic Realm you'll be meeting a new base.
"And lastly, we've also prepared a personal room for you which has a personal training room where you can cultivate and train. It should only take us a few minutes to prepare a separate resting room for the grandmaster too.
"There are also other things that will come in place, but that's for the future when we have more members, but for now this is all we have. I hope you're satisfied with these Lord Zero." she concluded her report with a deep bow.
Vin took a while to process all these informations and gave a deep nod of approval. He was quite impressed with all they had achieved with just a limited time.
After that they discussed more on other essential things, and also when their combat training was going to start, after that Vin handed a ten scrolls to the Nexus Primes, these were the translated version of the Stellar Transformation technique.
Vin had also comprehend some things from it which he was going to incorporate in his skills later on. He instructed them to go sturdy the skills as it was going to be crucial to their training.
After giving them a few more instructions, he dismissed them to go do other things till it was time to train.
When it was only he and his master remaining in the throne room he breathed out a deep sigh, as he felt almost exhausted.
"You did good kid, I know it wasn't easy" old Bai said as he patted Vin on his shoulders. "Yeah, though it's for a good cause, it's still quite exhausting" Vin replied with a sigh.
"Don't think much of it, you should concentrate on getting stronger so you can protect all your have built" old Bai stated "Let's go, it's about time you started your training"
They both stood up and left the throne room, and unsurprisingly Zidane was standing right outside, Vin nodded at her and she let them towards his residence.
When he got there he was quite surprised, although she had used plain in her report, it wasn't plane at all, in fact it was well furnished as this used to be the place where Delmos stayed in.
There were two other rooms adjacent it, where Silas and Brix had stayed and one of them was made into a place for old Bai. Besides all these was another large room that was prepared as a separate training room where Vin could train.
This was different from the cultivation room in his personal residence. The entire area was marked as off limits except when Vin summoned them or on emergencies, only Zidane was exempted from this as she was like his eyes and ears.
After showing them around, Zidane left, leaving only master and deciple here who had already entered the training room to begin.

"This is the rune of 'Astrum,' representing the celestial and the mysteries of the universe. Study it, Vin. Attune yourself to its energy. With time and dedication, you'll unlock the secrets of the runes and wield their power."
"Now another thing to note is that this rune is also a core rune that when mastered, it grants you the authority to wield runic symbols with a single thought" old Bai explained as he raised his palm and different runic symbols danced on it.
"The word 'Astrum' means Celestial, so I call it, Celestial Authority. The reason I'm able to wield these runic symbols efficiently is because I inscribed this core rune in my dantian" old Bai revealed.
Vin's eyes widened in shock at this revelation "But isn't that dangerous, what if something went wrong during the process of inscribing it, it can cause an implosion" he exclaimed.
"Yes that is correct, the risks are very fatal but so are the benefits even more amazing, this method is unorthodox so not many people people dare to try it, because there's also a risk of death at the worst.
"But those who have succeeded ten times more powerful than other runic masters. Although it's dangerous, the benefits outweighs the risk. That is the inheritance I want to pass on to you, are you up for it?" old Bai stated seriously.
Vin took a deep breath and thought about it for a while, but it didn't take long to come to a decision "Yes Master"
"That's a wise decision Vin, very well. Use the rest of this month to learn and master how to inscribe this Rune, it's a good thing you're starting at the Spirit sea realm cause it really would lay a good foundation for you.
"When you have inscribed this core rune in your spirit sea, you'll find out how amazingly it can enhance your skills. While you're studying the rune, I'll use this month to instruct your subordinates on their cultivation." old Bai stated before he stood up and varnished leaving behind only a few words.
"Starting from next week, you'll start learning how to use your spiritual energy to inscribe simple runic symbols.
Vin gave out a warm smile at this, although his master had said he wouldn't interfere in the development of the Exodus Order.
He still decided to guide their cultivation in the end, he felt very warm, how could he not be happy.
