Rouga observed Lumin for a while.
"My lord… are you sure? Please let me handle it, you don't have to waste your energy on these waste products," Alpha spoke, bending to whisper in Lumin's ear.
"You don't ne—"
"Beta feels she should handle this too. She can see these people are weak; they don't deserve the honor of dying by your hands," Beta whispered on his left.
Lumin could barely hide his exhausted expression.
But then—
"If you wish to fight, then I shall grant you your request."
The Gnoll king pulled off his robe, stretching his hand to the side so his servant could place his blade in his grasp.
'Good, he took the bait,' Lumin gently pushed Beta and Alpha off him.
Rouga leaped down from the hill, landing only a few distances away from where Lumin was.
His body was ripped, muscles built with scars that hinted at the multiple battles he had fought.
Compared to Lumin, Rouga was a giant.
