It took them a couple of hours. Filing, stamping papers and turning them into contracts.
The plan was simple.
Those who had agreed to follow Lumin Elvert, be it as friends or subjects, would have to sign a contract that represents that.
Every land will be under the Elvert rule, while the villages will still remain as sub-land under the main one. Hence why each village will still maintain their leaders, but they will all answer to Lumin.
A few days passed after Lumin had made the contracts.
Every village leader in the lower section under Lumin's rule was each given their respective contracts to sign and told to bring it to the Elvert village once done.
This was the first time to finally turn the lower section into one big estate, a county if lucky.
