Lumin sighed. Standing right in the middle of the multiple bodies and blood scattered on the ground around him.
'I feel so dirty, I'm honestly surprised at how calm I am after killing so many people. It's not something I've done before, you'd think I'd panic a bit.'
The Blop looked to the side, to see the other adventurer, Jasmin, still on his knees, his head facing the ground.
He could barely move a muscle on his body, the blood he had lost was far too much, his eyes and lips were evidence of that.
The Blop crawled closer to Jasmin, watching as he was gradually trying to look back at the Blop.
"Y…ou." Jasmin managed to get out.
"You're still alive eh.. even after losing so much blood." Lumin uttered, "You're a strong one".
"M…ons…ter".
A flashback suddenly played in Lumin's head; he was sitting on the floor in a small room, and two men who looked at him were saying those exact words.
"Ahhh, maybe I am a monster, and as a monster you should expect no less from me… [Predator]."
Golden mist rushed from the Blop's body and devoured Jasmine until all that was left were his arms and twin blade.

Lumin felt a different kind of energy running inside him. No, he was different, bigger, healthier and even more stronger than he previously was.
'Sigh, I'm a mass murderer, mama isn't going to be too proud of her son when she hears this. Eh? Speaking of that, where the hell is Alpha? I haven't seen her since the battle started.'
[Alpha went after the remaining two adventurers.]
'She did? Damn, was so lost dealing with these people I lost track? Can you track her down for me so I can-'.
"M.. my Lord."
Lumin easily recognised that voice.
"Ah, Alpha, don't ever run off on your…own…. again."
His voice trailed as he turned to look at Alpha.
She was no longer just a skeleton, she looked entirely different. Blonde hair? Blue eyes, and no clothes to cover her up her surprisingly lustrous body parts.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!! A blondie!!!" Lumin shouted as he pointed.
"No no, My lord, it's me, Alpha… i… I have skin now." Alpha spoke, walking out of the bushes with a somewhat uncomfortable smile.
"Y…yeah I can see that… H..how did you manage to change boobs, look, how did you manage to change your look?" Lumin responded, the nervousness evident in his voice.
"I don't know, it just happened." Alpha replied, looking to the side while sweating buckets.
'Strange, first time she's lying to me… if you're going to lie, at least follow up with it, why are you looking like you'll drop dead any second from now.'
And he wasn't lying, all of Alpha's body was shaking; she couldn't find it in her to tell Lumin she killed the two girls to acquire a skin just because she was jealous of their beauty.
Lumin sighed.
'System, so what's going on with blondie boobs here? How did she go through an evolution?'.

'In other words, she will need to keep absorbing more things to maintain her form. Sigh, I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there, and honestly, she looks really pretty, so I can't say it's a bad thing'.
"My Lord?" Alpha placed her hand behind her, her blue eyes fixed on Lumin.
"You look pretty Alpha, I like this change, I'll teach you how to maintain it later, for now let's get you somewhere to wear, can't be walking with your bits out."
Alpha's face beamed with joy from the single complement Lumin gave her.
"We should probably-"
She immediately picked him up from the ground, laughing as she leaped about.
"My lord is the bestest bestest master everrrrrr".
"You tell 'em girl!!!".
"Hahaha".

{Night time.}
Alpha, wearing a dirty rag around her body, was right on top of a tree branch, picking fruit and throwing it down inside a small basket on the ground.
While Lumin was on a small rock, using his Mana sense to read the entire radius around him.
He had no plans to stay in such a place, filled with only dangerous types of monsters and energy. According to his system, it was called the forest of disaster, due to the fact that outcastes move there to run from something.
And Lumin wants to explore the world around him, grow stronger, and live his life to the very fullest.
But something has always been eating him up; if this place was so dangerous, why do people always come and leave? Are they sightseeing? Or perhaps is there something in this forest drawing them back.
Lumin leaped down from the rock. He was at the edge of a hill, right below, dry land and rocks.
'The world is a complicated place, even if I want to leave, apparently, the system has no knowledge of the outside world until I step into it. So if it's a human residence, or territorial monsters, I'm basically asking for it.'
The Blop wrapped its tentacles around the rock, planning to pull itself back up when suddenly, he noticed something shiny heading towards it.
The Blop was able to dodge the arrow, but the moment the arrow connected with the ground, it caused a small explosion that sent It flying and falling down the cliff.
