"Interesting. No wonder you dared to make a move—you've brought reinforcements early on."
What surprised Owen was that this group had actually hired a sage-tier peak-level powerhouse to hold off the old chief.

"I think you've misunderstood something. Even without the old chief, you lot are far too weak."
