A voice imbued with a certain authority rang out in the classroom. The students, having heard it, hurriedly scrambled to their seats. This teacher was rather twisted; if you angered him, he would fail you on the spot.
The students dispersed, but the noise level didn't fall. Li Xiaoqiang and Lina took their seats in the front row.
The teacher marched up to the podium. At this point, Li Xiaoqiang turned his attention to the teacher standing at the podium. He was dressed rather formally, with a shirt and a suit jacket, but bizarrely paired with jeans and a pair of shiny black leather shoes.
From any angle, the ensemble looked very odd.
Lina whispered in Li Xiaoqiang's ear, "Our teacher here teaches Western culture. His name is Huo Beng. He often boasts about Western culture in front of us, but most of us students are not interested. You know, we only choose electives to graduate smoothly, as the school requires."
