"What's up? Huihui, did we interrupt something good of yours?" Three women looked at Lan Yahui with teasing gazes.
Lan Yahui became even more panicked, trembling uncontrollably with beads of sweat on her forehead.
"No… no, I'm just surprised that you came so quickly," Lan Yahui tried desperately to conceal.
The three women cast doubtful glances at Lan Yahui's flustered face, and asked, "Really? Huihui, I feel like you're acting a bit strange today. Are you hiding something?"
"No… no, I was just sleeping!" Lan Yahui was incredibly nervous, her heart racing so fast it felt like it would leap out of her throat.
"Then why are you under a thick quilt? Aren't you hot?"
"Yeah, the weather has been so hot these past few days, we all sleep naked at night. Why are you still using a winter blanket?"
"Looking at you all sweaty, you wouldn't be hiding a man in your room, would you?"
