Ye Wushuang had just arrived and was not yet familiar with the environment. Since she was to be Chu Yanran's assistant, she would have to live and move together with her and needed to get familiar with the manor's surroundings.

"Yes, Young Mistress!" Ms. Wu agreed, the old woman being a long-time servant of the Li Family and had watched Chu Yanran grow up.
Ms. Wu led Ye Wushuang away to get acquainted with the environment of the manor.
"Mr. Ye sending his daughter into our Yanran International probably indicates that he is looking to form an alliance," Tong Xingtong speculated, unreserved in her comments as Ye Wushuang was not present.
