"How can this be over? Dad, you have to make things clear."
Lin Tian continued to press for answers, but Lin Cheng just refused to speak up.

As Lin Cheng remained silent, Lin Tian turned to ask Lin Fang.
Lin Fang worshiped Lin Cheng blindly, believing that her older brother could handle anything.
"I'm not exactly sure, but I heard that Dad's car was rear-ended, and then several people leaped out of that car and started beating up on Dad. They almost killed him."
"Don't talk nonsense, Lin Fang."
Lin Cheng glared at Lin Fang, but Lin Fang, undeterred, went on to tell all that she knew.
"Where are those people now? Didn't you call the police? Don't the police care about them?"
"I did call the police, but after they arrested those people and asked them a few questions, they just let them go. The police even told me that it was my dad's fault for parking illegally. They said it was all his responsibility."
