Xue Ying squeezed through the crowd, trying to push her way inside, but those in line weren't having it.
"Hey, don't cut the line there!"
"What kind of behavior is this? Go to the back and queue up."
Being within the whiff of the delicious aroma wafting from the restaurant and seeing others eat was frustrating enough, and the sight of someone trying to cut in line immediately made Xue Ying the target of everyone's venting.
"I know the owner inside, I'm going in to find someone," Xue Ying argued, her face red with embarrassment.
A glammed-up girl standing beside Xue Ying rolled her eyes, "I know the owner inside too, he's my boyfriend, but I still have to wait in line."
This truly disheartened Xue Ying, watching as the restaurant was right in front of her eyes, yet she couldn't get in.
"Xiaoying, stop struggling, we've only got two more tables to go before it's our turn," Yu Dazhuang called out to Xue Ying at that moment.
