Matsumoto walked into the office building, escorting Lin Chen whose hands were bound behind his back.
As soon as they entered, they were stopped by two men in black.
Seeing it was Matsumoto, the two men in black cracked a smile, "Mr. Matsumoto, you've made another capture, I see!"
Matsumoto nodded and, pushing Lin Chen in front of him, got on the elevator.
While most elevators go up, this one went down.
"The first underground level is a rest area for the members of the Dark Alliance, the second is their work area, and the third is for the high-level members which we have no right to enter. The fourth level is the prison," Matsumoto explained to Lin Chen.
Lin Chen nodded and followed Matsumoto straight into the third level.
All of the Dark Alliance's elite had gone to China, leaving behind a peak Golden Core strong man to guard the place, Ichiro Koyama, an S-ranked Fire Manipulator.
"Good, let's go find him first," Lin Chen said indifferently.
