In the dark alleys of shibuya central gai, a peculiar sight caught the attention of passersby. Amidst a boy with an unsettling pallor sat cross legged on the grimmy floor with his eyes fixed on a steaming burger cradled in his hands. The sweet aroma of freshly baked bread and sizzling meat wafted through the air .
Just as the boy took a tentative bite a figure immerged from the neon drenched street, kaze yamato, a popular player commonly known as hunter strolled into the alley with an air of confidence, his piercing crimson coloured eyes scanned the area locking unto the boy with intensity that made kydo's heart skip a beat .
"Crimson moon !!!!" the boy exclaimed with his eyes widening in a mix of fear an awe
Immediately he went towards him and grabbed him by his colar, kaze's grip tightened
"You know my name you dirty skunk ?" kaze sneered with his voice full of malice
the confrontation escalated with kaze accusing kydo of theft and kydo also denying the allegations in an instant a crimson coloured aura engulfed his other hand its fluid water like texture churned with an otherworldly energy
Clenching his fist he immediately landed a brutal swift punch with his aura infused fist sending him crashing to the ground, the impact was like a tidal wave leaving the boy gasping for breath .
As kydo struggled to recover kaze's foot loomed over him reaady to deliver the final blow .
But kydo's mind was mainly focused on the burger he wanted to it which already got soaaked by the rain his eyes widened in dismay as he gazed up at kaze with his voice shaking in anger and despair
"Why did you do that?!!! "Kydo exclaimed with his voice tumblinng in a rush " i didn't do anything !!!" Kaze sneered with his foot still positioned to strike
"Don't play dumb little thief " kaze spat "i know you stole my money i had it just a minute ago and now its gone you're the only one who could've taken it if not how did you buy that burger "
Kydo's face contorted in anguish "No i did'nt steal anything thats my money i saved it to buy that burger and now its wasted !!!"
Kaze's expression twisted in disgust "you expect me to believe that ?, a street rat like you with no home, no family... you'd do anything to survive wouldn't you ?"
Kydo's eyes stung with tears as he scrambled to his feet, his heart racinng with fear and desperation. "Please believe me i didn't steal anything "
"You dirty rat you're still denying the fact that you stole my money !!!" Kaze yelled as the crimson aura engulfed his legs as he started sending series of kicks towards kydo after sometime out of exhaustion the crimson aura dispersed as he turned to leave filled with annoyance, kydo collapsed to the ground with his body aching from the beating .
"I'll come back again tomorrow for my money and just so you know its fifty thousand yen " kaze sneered as he walked away kydo gazed at the rain soaked sky with tears mingling with the rain on his face .
"Why....why did it have to be him " kydo whispered with his voice cracking in despair "Crimson moon, the hero i admired....the one i wanted to be like.."
The irony was bitter, kydo idolized kaze, seeing him as a symbol of hope and strength. But now the admiration had turned to ash. As the rain continued to pour down his thoughts darkened. He felt a spark of hatred ignite in him towards the person who crushed his dreams .
"I'll never forgive you crimson moon kaze" kydo whispered with his voice trembling with rage " i'll make you pay for this....i swear it.." a voice echoed in his mind "Welcome host kydo, i am the system all details have been registered, all unique attributes has been registered number of attributes....notice there are no unique attributes, system has managed to create the unique attribute copy aura and adrenaline aura "
kydo tried to respond but his body felt heavy as if pinned to the ground. The system seemed to sense this fustration .
"Do not stress nor worry yourself dear host for your body is still recovering from the....enthusiastic greeting from crimson moon. But fear not for i shall expedite the process "
As the system spoke as a warm golden light enveloped his body and all his bruises and injuries started fading away with his pain dissipating like mist, his eyes widened in amazement but his body still felt paralyzed
" As a new player you recieve a range of benefits including a unique starting location there for i present to you the frostspire isles !!" the system said as the world around kydo dissolves and replaced by a breath taking landscape of snow capped mountains and glaciers. Ice dragons soared through the skies with their ethreal roars echoing through the air. Kydo's mind reeled as he took in the sights his body finally freed from the temporary paralysis, one of his wildest dreams had come true creating a smile on his face he had finally entered a dungeon for the first time .
He stumbled foward with his feet sinking into the snow, the cold air invigorated him as he felt a sense of wonder he had never experienced before and then he thought
"I too can become a player " he was about to take another step as he heared a loud noise that echoed through the whole place but this time this was'nt just some ordinary dragon's roar he immediately looked up and noticed something not knowing what it was he squinted a little bit trying to see what it was and to his suprise it was a human like figure immediately it crash landed not too far away from him
" What the heck !!! " kydo exclaimed dusting the snow off both his face and body "by the way i wonder who that was " immediately kydo realised the human like figure landed a brutal punch striking kydo's face immediately it sent kydo crashing into a glacier and out of the mist blocking the view of who it was, kydo struggled to stand up as he gazed into the midst and to hiis suprise it was a human like dragon with four wings and a long spiky tail
