Cele burned it, and the air cracked with heat as yellow-red fire jetted out of her hand and washed over the monster. The goblin screamed and jerked back, smoking and trying to run away from the intense heat, but it only followed it.
Jael frowned as the smell of burnt meat filled the air, and he waited for it to turn to ashes, but no matter how she burned the monster, it only screamed and rolled on the ground; the blood around covered it and prevented it from burning completely.
"This is not working!' Cele shouted and stopped casting her spell. She shook her head, and when she spoke, a hint of unease stained it. "What type of magic is this? It just kept regenerating!"
Litha's eyes glowed blue as she maintained the shield around them. "The others are ignoring us. Is that a spell too? A blood control spell?"
