Commodore Karens hurried away, clearly prioritizing the Vice Admiral over a boy doomed to die.

Under the watchful eyes of the Marines, Arashi found no chance to escape.

This made him even more silent despite being constantly asked his name and age.

After escaping the noble's estate, he quickly understood what kind of world he had arrived in—a world from a popular anime in his previous life.

It was filled with freedom, dreams, passion, friendship, and kindness, which sounded wonderful.

But reality struck him hard, making him realize the true cruelty and coldness beneath the seemingly beautiful world of the anime.

Nobles wielded absolute authority, and the lives of the ordinary people were tightly controlled.

The Celestial Dragons, revered as gods, could execute civilians at will. Darkness and bloodshed were the true colors of this world.

In no time, Arashi was brought to the base's training ground.

Realizing they couldn't get any helpful information from him, the Marines gave up and decided to investigate from other angles.

Shortly after, Seastone shackles were placed on his feet. "If he's a Devil Fruit user, this shot will kill him!" a Marine said.

"Kid, in your next life, don't be so reckless. Remember not to offend the Celestial Dragons," another sighed.

In their hearts, they felt sorry for the boy. Stationed at the Sabaody Archipelago, they had seen such things happen too often.

The Celestial Dragons' guards dealt with some victims while others were handed to them.

This made many Marines feel angry and frustrated; they had joined to uphold justice but ended up as lackeys for the world's nobility.

"Let's get this over with quickly. He's lucky; otherwise, he would have suffered much worse in their hands," a Marine said, raising his rifle and sighing lightly.

Then, without hesitation, he fired. The smoke slowly dissipated, and the scene fell silent.

The Marines surrounding Arashi had their pupils contracted, mouths slightly agape, with expressions of disbelief and shock on their faces once again.

"What the hell is with this kid? He's not even a Devil Fruit user!" Seeing Arashi unharmed and still silent, everyone was utterly shaken.

This exceeded Commodore Karens' expectations and left them baffled.

"If we can't kill him, we'll be the ones in trouble!" a Marine said, his voice trembling.

They had been Marines for quite some time and had fought many pirates, but they had never encountered something so bizarre.

An ordinary-looking boy who couldn't be killed. Arashi pressed his lips together, seeing the number on his system increase again, now reaching 34.

This meant he had experienced death thirty-four times. "Bring out the cannons," the Marine captain ordered loudly, taking a deep breath.

His eyes showed a trace of panic. The pressure from the Celestial Dragons and the unkillable boy filled him with inexplicable fear.

Initially, he thought the boy had a strange ability, but now that it was confirmed to be unrelated to Devil Fruits, his eerie terror quickly grew.

Meanwhile, in the base office, Karens took a moment to compose himself before gently pushing the door open.

When he saw the square-faced man with a crew cut sitting at the head of the table, he became even more nervous.

"Vice Admiral Garp, what brings you here?"

The man before him, with a robust build and muscles that seemed ready to burst out, was none other than the famed hero of the Marines, Vice Admiral Garp.

"You've really gone downhill, Karens!" Garp's loud voice boomed as he looked up at him.

"Reduced to being a servant for those Celestial Dragons, those scum."

At this moment, Marine hero Garp showed no signs of the aging that would come in the future.

His hair was jet black, and he exuded a powerful, imposing, iron-blooded aura.

"Iron Fist" Garp referred not only to his fists but also to his way of doing things in his youth.

Karen's body trembled, and he said helplessly, "I have no choice, Vice Admiral Garp."

"Being stationed at the Sabaody Archipelago, some things are unavoidable. Please transfer me, or let me follow you to hunt down pirates.

Garp chuckled, "You wish. Transfers and reassignments are the Fleet Admiral's business."

"Besides, with your attitude, you don't deserve to be by my side."

Karens felt even more helpless, his expression tinged with a faint sadness.

Despite his mentor-student relationship with Vice Admiral Garp, he knew well that the latter had always resented his tendency to kowtow to nobles and bend the knee.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to be so harsh," Garp said, waving his hand casually, showing no sign of genuine apology. "I was just passing by and thought I'd check in."

"I will ensure your ship is fully supplied," Karens replied cautiously.

"I hate this about you the most. As a Marine, you always bow and scrape without any backbone!"

Garp's voice grew louder with frustration, and he grabbed an ornate decoration from the table and hurled it violently.

Karens flinched as the decoration whizzed past his ear and crashed to the floor behind him, making him shrink in fear.

"Don't ever call yourself my student again!" Garp's words stung, and Karens sighed inwardly, feeling a bitter taste in his mouth.

He knew Garp must have heard about his actions in the Sabaody Archipelago.

For a moment, Karens was at a loss for words, but fortunately, Garp soon calmed down and started chatting casually.

About half an hour later, hurried footsteps echoed outside the office. Garp looked up, and Karens reacted immediately.

"Commodore Karens, there's a problem!" The urgent knocking and anxious voice came almost simultaneously.

"That boy, he really can't be killed!" Karen's expression changed slightly when he noticed a look of curiosity on Garp's face.

"Can't be killed? Who can't be killed?" Garp asked.

The Marine outside took a deep breath and was about to report when he saw Garp sitting there, making him tense up and freeze.

"V-Vice Admiral Garp!" Garp waved his hand, signaling him to continue. "Go on," he said, clearly interested.

"Since we captured him, that boy hasn't spoken a word. But we've gathered some information through other channels."

"His name is Arashi. He was a servant for the Boucan family in the Sabaody Archipelago."

"Ten days ago, he went berserk, killed the entire Boucan family, and escaped," the Marine reported nervously, keeping his head down.

"Today, he offended a Celestial Dragon, and we captured him. We've tried shooting, burning, hanging, drowning, and even cannon fire, but nothing can kill him."

Karens was stunned. Garp's curiosity grew. "A Devil Fruit user, perhaps?"

The Marine quickly replied, "No, he was wearing Seastone shackles the entire time during the executions!"

Garp's expression turned to surprise while Karen's face grew darker. If they couldn't deal with this boy, the Celestial Dragons would deal with him.

And now, with Vice Admiral Garp present, the situation was even more complicated.
