Konoha Village
"White fang! You have to take reponsibilty!"
"Because you failed your mission, war will early".
"Many people will die on frontline, all because of your failure"
Many people are cursing and accusing White fang- Hatake Sukamo, while standing outside his house.
"Its Security Department!", Someone shouted.
Just as he finished speaking, Amira who was leading security department members shouted," Catch all these people. They are spreading rumors which are causing civil unrest in the village".
Many people's face changed when they heard her.
"Uchiha! How dare yo..?"
This person wasn't able to finish as Uchiha guard slapped him on face.
Immediatly all the Uchiha guards rushed and started detaining people.
Some tried to resist but we're ruthlessly suppressed.
"I am anbu! You cannot arrest me. Besides I will file complain against your security department, that you all forcefully caught civilians".
Amira slapped him in face.
"YOU! How dare.. "
Amira once again slapped him in face and said," Well since you are anbu, you should know what losses were caused by White fang due to mission failure. Tell me, I will release you immediatly and apologise if there are significant losses".
He immediatly replied," It was anbu's confidential mission. I cannot revel this to you".
Amira nodded. Anbu got smug look of his face, thinking just wait you bitch. When hokage hears about this...
His dream of revenge was cut short, when Amira once again slapped him in face.
"YOU!"
Amira sneered," What 'you'? Since mission was confidential, then why are shouting about it here?"
Anbu panicked, Amira continued," Besides what civilians are you talking about?"
Amira turned and took out her sword. Then she started walking towards a civilian. Seeing this, that civilian started panicking.
"You can't attack me. I am civilian. Hokage will punish you, if you attack me. You are rebelling against hokage".
Amira sneered hearing him and slashed him across his neck. Many civilians closed their eyes and opened after a while and got surprised. Instead of slashing head, a wooden log was cut.
Amira sneered,"A civilian, huh? A civilian that can use Substitution ninjutsu and have chunin level chakra, is a civilian, huh?"
Expression of many civilians present immediatly changed. Anbu's panic increased, things are spiraling out of control.
Amira ordered," Catch all these people. Their are many ninja present in crowd. Catch them all".
Some ninjas disguised as civilians tried to run and some tried to fight but infront of Uchiha clans elites, they were easily subdued and caught.
Amira ordered," Take them to prison, I want full information, who ordered them to disguise as civilians and cause civil unrest outside 'Anbu Minister's' house.
Guards nodded and started taking them towards jail. Amira suddenly turned and looked inside the house and gave a smile. Then she also followed the gaurds.
Inside the house, Hakate Sukamo thought, I just hope, Tsunade fulfills her promise to keep Kakashi safe.

Hokage office
"Father! Its bad. Security department people caught all the civilians that were striking outside White fang's house. They also found that their are ninjas disguised as civilians causing trouble. Security gaurds detained them all and took them to jail".
Sarutobi Hiruzen's face changed hearing this, 'How dare this, Uchiha clan?'
After calming down he asked," Are you sure, they found about hidden ninjas in the crowd?"
Sarutobi Shinnosuke nodded and told in detail about the event that transpired.
After hearing him, Sarutobi Hiruzen's face changed.
After thinking about it a bit, he got a ruthless look in his eyes and said," Tell Danzo to send his roots to attack Security department. It will be good if they are able to break those ninjas out of jail. If not then kill them all".
Sarutobi Shinnosuke's face changed hearing his father's order," But father, they are..".
Sarutobi Hiruzen just waved his hand," If we don't want to be effected then its better to kill them".
Sarutobi Shinnosuke's just nodded and left.
Sarutobi Hiruzen thought,' How dare you, Uchiha clan? Just wait, after I finish dealing with problem. Then...

Roots
Danzo ordered," Tonight your mission, is to attack Security department and prison. There is no need to rescue those caught ninjas. All you need to do is kill them and Uchiha clan ninjas".
"Yes! Lord Danzo".
Root members immediatly left to attack the Security department.
Danzo thought,'Foolsih Uchiha, They dare catch our hidden ninjas. I will make the regret their actions. Especially that bitch..'

Security Department
Clan leader, Uchiha Fugaku was sitting across various clan elders and Uchiha Amira.
He asked," How accurate is you information?"
Amira replied," This information was given to my brother, Kim by Senju Tsunade herself. I also verified it, by reading mind's of those captured ninjas".
Fugaku grimly said," If it is as you are said is truth, then its are very bad for us. No No not only for us but also for other ninja clans".
Clan elder also had a grim expression.
"Besides, Kim also sent me the information that, Senju Tsunade have awakened 'Wood Release' bloodline limit", said Amira.
Fugaku's and elders eye widened hearing about 'Wood release'.
Amira continued,"Kim also said that Tsunade will personally deal with this situation. We, Uchiha clan, just need to support her".
They fell in deep thoughts. Fugaku thought, If things are as bad as the information, the safety of our clan is under threat. Sarutobi and its group have been already suppressing our clan. According to this information, it will basically be impossible to deal with them. But if SenjuTsunade herself take lead, many clans will be willing to follow her. Since she awakened 'Wood release', then there is a chance to reverse the situation. But what about the upcoming war?'
After thinking hard, Fugaku said,"We will follow Senju Tsunade as long as takes lead. But in return, I want her to increase Uchiha clans political power in the village and if se promises that there will be an Uchiha Hokage in future".
Amira opened her mouth to speak but suddenly her heard,
"BOOM"
Amira smiled,"They fell in our trap".
Fugaku got ruthless look on his face and said," Since they dare to attack my clan, then they burn and scatter their ashes".
Fugaku immediatly ran towards Security department, with elders and Amira following behind her.

"BANG!"
Hearing the explosion, Sarutobi's expression changed, he cursed,'We fell in Uchiha clans trap'.
He immediatly ran in the direction of Security department.

Hearing the explosion, all the ninjas ran towards the place of incident.

Security Department
(A few minutes ago)
"Captain, we have arranged the sealing formation around the Security department"
Hearing this, an Anbu captain ordered,"You all know Lord Danzo's orders. Leave nobody alive. Do it quickly before anybody arrive".
Anbu members ran inside the security department and attack the unsuspecting Uchiha guard.
An anbu member, slashed the guard using his kunai. But instead of blood, smoke emerged.
"A shadow clone?!"
His expression changed, he shouted,"Its a trap".
But his warning came late, many root members entered the department building and attacked Uchiha gaurds, all oh which turned in smoke.
Seeing this they tried to rush out, but...
"BOOM!"
Security departments building exploded. This exlosion was so powerful that it not only completely destroyed department building but also destroyed the sealing formation.
Due to this, entire Konoha heard the explosion and saw flames and smoke emerging.

As the department exploded, Uchiha ninjas started emerging. At first they dismissed the probabilty that someone with attack them within the village. But seeing it with their eyes, flames of anger ignited in their hearts. Beside some Uchiha guards have excited smile on their face, Source of my trouble exploaded, HAHAHA.
Uchiha Mark took lead and attacked the root memeber that didn't enter the building but still got seriously injured due to blast.
Following his lead, all the Uchiha ninjas attacked the alive root member and ruthlessly killed them. Showing no mercy, as they dared attack them.

By the time Sarutobi came to the scene with his advisors and anbu, all he saw was Uchiha ninjas standing with blood flowning on their swords and dead bodies piled together.
Hiruzen's heart sank when he saw no injuries on Uchiha ninja and dead root ninjas.'Shit! It was indeed a trap. Set up by Uchiha clan. We foolishly walked straight into it'.
Danzo's heart was bleeding as he saw dead root member.'For this attack, I sent all of root ninjas present in village which basically accounts 90% of root ninjas. In this one trap his years of hard work went down the drain'.
As Fugaku saw Sarutobi came to the scene with his advisors and anbu. He said," Lord Hokage, you have to seek justise for us. Some 'rouge ninja', attacked our security department, which caused the explosion. I am thankfull that most of our ninjas were outside the building for getting refreshments and relaxing, so no Uchiha clan's ninjas got hurt. Only ones to die were those 'rouge ninjas'."
Hiruzen cursed inside his heart,'Bastard! Are you mocking me? Do you think I am a fool? All the clan ninjas present here have already recognised that these 'rogue ninjas' are root ninjas. You as a clan leader don't know'.
Besides, what do you mean by refreshments and relaxing? From when did entire department collectivly left to relax and take refreshments' .
Altough he was cursing inside his heart he said," Don't worry Uchiha Clan leader! I will immediatly order my anbu's to find those rogue ninjas. All of them will be caught and excuted".
Fugaku smiled," Thank you, Lord Hokage. Besides I have a little request, Please give us some funds. Afterall those 'Rouge ninjas' destroyed our Security department building".
This time not only Hiruzen but also many clan ninjas cursed,'This is first time, I saw someone being so shamless despite being a clan leader. Uchiha Fugaku, you changed our impression of you being cold and arrogant Uchiha ninja. But instead you are so shameless, you may have yourself ordered to set your department building as a trap, causing it to exload. But you are still shamelessly asking for funds'.
Hiruzen said," Don't worry, I will immediatly send over funds for rebuilding your department building".
Fugaku smiled," Thank you, Lord Hokage. These 'rouge ninjas' may have attacked our department for the unknown ninjas that Amira caught, who were disguised as civilians despite being ninjas. Not only that we also checked Konoha ninja regsitry and found no records of these ninja. Most likely they are spies from outside village. I hope hokage will deploy his entire anbu and catch these 'rogue ninjas'. Afterall our clan ninja survived because they were on refreshment break, other department or clans will sustain heavy casualities if these 'rouge ninjas' attacked them.
Sarutobi and his advisors frowned,' Did he get any information about our secret, from those caught ninjas? Most likely not, since we have applied seals in their brains, if anybody read their mind, seals will expload and destroy the brain of the ninjas. So, maybe we are just imagining things'.
Clan ninjas frowned hearing Fugaku, especially when he said,'thier clans being attacked'. Earlier they thought these rouge ninjas are roots ninjas but now they aren't so sure. There is something wrong going on.
Sarutobi immediatly said,"As I said earlier, my anbu will immediatly start investigating about those known ninjas".
After few more discussion, everybody dispersed leaving behind only Uchiha clan ninjas.
Fugaku ordered,"Lets go to The Naka Shrine. We will hold a clan meeting tonight".

Danzo said," Hiruzen how could you agree to Fugaku's shameless request about funds? Besides I also want funds, most of my root ninjas have bee killed today".
Danzo gritted his teeth as he recalled ninjas on which he spent so many resources and time, piled up and burned by Uchiha clan.
Hiruzen gave him side eye and said," What else do you want me to say at that time? Refuse? On what grounds? Some 'rouge ninjas' blasted their department building".
Koharu said,"Hiruzen you should know, it was their own doing. They themselves blew their own building".
Hiruzen said," Indeed, but can you prove it? If I accused them, Fugaku would have immediatly retorted.
Since Uchiha clan established Konoha along with Senju clan, Fugaku should know that no large scale sealing formation can be deployed in the village. Most of the sealing formation are connected with village's sealing formation. So without our permission, nobody could arrange this large sealing formation. If he questioned about us their, it would have caused a lot of problem for us".
Danzo, Koharu and Homaru reluctantly nodded. Indeed it would have caused more problems for them.
Danzo said," But now what? Our plan that we prepared for months have been ruined by Uchiha clan within a day. Sukamo's reputation isn't effected much. With these two incidents of today, nobody would believe in rumors. Civilians will most likely think that ninjas from outsides, spread these rumors to cause civil unrest in the village".
Hiruzen said with a cold look," Indeed, let this matter subdue. Since war is coming, we have plenty of oppurtunites to take revenge".
Danzo and others also had a cold smile on their faces.
