Uchiha clan, Konoha
So when we In London, Amira saw a police officer. She saw that a police officer was respectivly greeted, smiled upon and only feared by the troublemakers.
Amria asked me why was that the case. I upon hearing got confused at her question. so she explained the situation of the security department.
I got more confused upon hearing that security deaprtment is so feared. Altough i can say Uchiha Clan members are arrogant but Genes of Uchiha's are of the best in the world. Uchiha clan men are handsome and Women are very beautifull too. Even in my old world, beautiful cold women or men, very object of pursuit. So why it is different her.
Then i asked various question ranging from how much power security department posses, what are the Laws to how punishment is decided to how investigation is done, etc. Amira looked confused and explained me the how security department is run. Upon hearing about the total power of of Security department i got schocked and got embarrassed at how Uchiha clan is using the power.
The Konoha Security is managed entirely by Uchiha clan.The main purpose is to maintain the law in the village, regarded as "elite shinobi who monitor fellow shinobi".
Konoha Military Police have athourity to manage entire Konoha's Civil disputes as well as Ninja disputes. Similar to Judicial department of countries in my past life. Security department also have the power to similar to Police department of countries in my past live as well as the power to create Criminal laws.
Security Department can arrest any Konoha Ninja, under the name of investigation. But they do not have the authority of arresting Anbu members without a warrant, as Anbu directly report to the Hokage.The can also investigate the workings of various department In konoha.
Upon hearing the total power of Security department, I am shocked and am embarrased how Uchiha clan is managing the department and hiw little power they are using that they are given. Security department haven't even created a single Criminal law.
So upon hearing all this, I promotly went to bookstore and bought all the books that i can but on Judical department, police department, Law making etc. and dumped them on Amira and ran away, i don't wanna read books. So Amira spent her entire free time reading books and making notes but seeing that she wasn't able to understand and got confused, I arranged tution classes for her. The teacher were all proffesors at Various high level universities. As for how they agreed for giving tutions to a 13 years olf girl, I may and may not have used illusions. Hey don't judge me. I gave them appropriate money for there classes. They also helped her writing scrolls, in simple and easy to understand words as most of the Uchiha's are muscle head, which now the elders are reading. Now Clan leader and elders have all the knowledge that they use to transform security department.
So, Clan leader and elders read only a few pages worth information and looked excited, happy (at our ideas)and disappointed(at themselves and the situation of Security department). Then suddenly Clan leader and elder gathered in a circle and started discussing. After their discussion they looked with glowing eyes at Amira and me. I have a bad feeling about itm
Then clan leader spoke," Your ideas are very good. With this we can not only reverse the embarrasing situation of the Security department but also we can expand the total overall political strength of the Uchiha clan. Since you both have gave these interesting ideas. I, Minister of Security Department and as Uchiha Clan leader gives you, Uchiha Amira the position of Reserve Elder. You have the authourity to mobolize the entire Uchiha clan and Security department members, expect for Elite Jonins. Your have main responsiblity is to Transform the Security Department according to your ideas."
Huh, I didn't expect him to make Amira a reserve elder. You see position of an Elder in the clan is just below the clan head. Elders control the entire clan. They manage the finances, give out missions etc. Elders do not have to do clan missions, they can give their own missions to their subordinates. I think by giving Amira an elder position, they can show their favourability and protect Amira from harm and war.
Amira becoming an elder is a huge benefit for us. With position of elder, we can quickly gather the support of entire clan and start the progress towards completing our Quests.
