After completing their task of cleaning up the ancient ruins, Wataru and his companions returned home to Earth. The day had been long, but the moment of peace after a hot bath, followed by a cup of tea, felt refreshing.
At long last, they were one step closer to producing potions on their own. The plan was to first cultivate magic-infused herbs themselves, then determine if potion production could be done entirely on Earth. Without taking these tedious steps, they would remain reliant on importing supplies from the other world. Such an arrangement would undoubtedly lead to bottlenecks in trade through the portal, halting any long-term production plans.
"When the Tamékomi Grass is fully grown, we'll need to mix it with the soil from Grandpa's farm and wait for the next crop of herbs to grow. With winter approaching, the soonest we can expect results will be spring," Wataru explained.
"Sounds like it'll take a while," Air commented, sipping her tea.
