The real estate office William led Wataru to didn't look like it dealt in property at first glance. The only hint was a small sign with a house icon on it, something Wataru would never have noticed on his own without being informed beforehand.
(Having floor plans displayed outside really does make for decent advertising, he thought.)
"This is the place. He's quite influential in this area and has a broad network," William said.
"Let's hope we can settle everything quickly," Wataru replied.
"I'm sure we will. I gave him the conditions in advance, and he's already prepared some options for us."
As they entered the office, William greeted the agent. "Hello, I'm William."
"Oh, from Welcome Trading! And this gentleman is…?"
"Yes, this is Wataru, our client for today."
"Wataru, nice to meet you," he said, offering a slight bow. "Thank you for your time."
