Lex nudged Corina's face with his snout, waking the princess. She opened her eyes and heard a few whimpers from him. "Aww, what's wrong?"
The puppy jumped from the bed. Corina stood up and followed him. She giggled when she observed Lex scratching at the door. "Oh, do you need to poop?"
She scooped him up in her arms and held him tightly against her chest as she opened the door, then stepped out into the hallway. She made her way to the palace's entrance and walked out. She moved to the grass and set the puppy down. "There you go!"
Corina yawned and closed her eyes. She enjoyed the gentle breeze of the night fluttering against her cheeks. The air was a little chilly, which felt wonderful on her skin. She sighed contently and stretched. She didn't mind taking the puppy outside the potty, but made a mental note she should probably take him before she went to bed from then on out.
