The Koh'rakh are a barbaric tribe, their ways are primitive and baffling. So primitive in fact that the empire sees no need to conquer them and left them to their own devices. All they know is to wage war, they thrive off terrorizing the empty plains, allowing for no development of the region.
In my not so humble opinion, I think that they should be eradicated, they offer nothing and are a scourge to the earth.
If the empire ever conquers Frosthold, I am sure the Koh'rakh will stand in the way of the construction of the Emperor's road.
Then they will eventually have to be wiped out. I cannot wait to see that day dear wife, I cannot wait.
