This is a strange disease that cannot be known by the person suffering from it, unless examined with Holy Energy. This disease is said to be a curse, because it can only be known through examination with Holy Energy.
However, some say that this disease is a disease given to those who deserve to die, or something like that, but clearly, it is not yet known what the cure is, or how to heal it.
Even in the Novel, the main characters are unable to find a cure for the Killer Death Syndrome.
Anyone who has this disease will not feel pain or other symptoms, they will feel healthy and normal, but eventually they will suddenly stop moving and lose consciousness, before eventually dying.
Ryan was not sure if his strange System could heal the disease that Ryan was experiencing, but at the moment, the System was the only one Ryan could rely on.
"Because this disease can only be detected with Holy Energy, maybe only Holy Energy can cure this disease, but..."
Even in the story, Evans, the main character, has tried using all means to cure the Killer Death Syndrome using Holy Energy, because Evans' own mother has the same disease.
Unfortunately, none of the methods were successful for Evans, so Ryan doubted how to cure the strange disease he had, if Evans' mother herself could not escape from the grip of death brought by the Killer Death Syndrome.
"Can one of the Servants heal the strange disease I have? Hm..."
While Ryan was thinking, a voice was heard.
"Knock...! Knock...! Knock...!" Hearing that, Ryan immediately walked towards the door, then opened the door of the room, where he saw a little girl there.
"What's up?" Ryan asked with a puzzled face.
"Here! 30 Gold Coins!" Lyana handed a bag to Ryan.
"... No, the price has gone up, give me 50 more Gold Coins, then I will help you, if not, then don't come here." Ryan said, rejecting it immediately.
"What!" Lyana was surprised by Ryan's words.
"But- but didn't you say it was only 30 Gold Coins earlier!" Lyana spoke with an unbelieving expression, looking shocked at Ryan.
"That was earlier, now it's different." Ryan said, still refusing, giving a strange reason.
"Uh! You're mean!" Lyana looked at Ryan with a face almost crying.
"..." Ryan didn't care and just looked with a calm expression.
"... Fine... Here! 70 Gold Coins! Plus the 30 Gold Coins I promised! So a total of 100 Gold Coins! Don't ask for more... I don't have any money left!" Lyana said, finally giving up, as her plan to cry to draw sympathy from her brother Ryan was useless.
"Agreed!" Ryan immediately took the bag containing the 100 Gold Coins.
"Are we agreed?" Lyana looked suspicious.
"Yes, we have agreed." Ryan answered nonchalantly.
"Promise?" Lyana asked again.
"Promise." Ryan gave the answer again.
"Really?" Lyana questioned the seriousness of Ryan's promise.
"Yes." Ryan nodded.
"Hmph..." Lyana, with a serious look, observed the expression and facial features of Ryan.
Unfortunately, Ryan only had a calm expression, as if he had no emotions to show.

This is because Ryan was paying attention to the system screen, where Ryan finally completed the mission.
"Alright, don't forget! Next Sunday, Wednesday!" Lyana said as she walked away.
Ryan then returned to his room, where he went to a place to take the money he had saved. The money was in the wardrobe, covered with various fabrics.
