GABRIELLA'S POV
I was happy to start a family with him, I was eager to meet his mom but I just can't, everything changed since Gabriella reminded me about what I thought was forgotten.
I was in a fantasy and she brought me back to my reality were my past still hunt me down. The painful past still followed like a rain cloud always ready to pour out on everything I loved and ruin it.
There was an unsettling silent in the car as I thought about what to say in my defense and how to push him far away with my words.
"I was only doing that because I felt it was necessary and was a good way to get the immigration off our backs. I did not do it because I love you or because I want to marry you for real" I answered shock by my own words of lies and more heart broken by just looking at the expression on his face.
