ARIS'S POV
I paced around the room as the phone continued to ring. I didn't want to pick up, but at the same time, I wanted to let him know about it. For a whole day, I had constantly ignored him. I don't know why, but I felt some kind of guilt.
"I have no idea how to tell him I was going back to Nicholas, not just that, but our wedding is in the next two weeks, and I was leaving tomorrow," I thought.
He would go armok for sure once he hears about it, and I just can't imagine the shock that would be on his face when he hears the news.
He would be disappointed, I mean, that's if he hasn't heard about it yet. Everything was going too fast, and I'm sure he won't be able to assimilate what's going on. I'm also still trying to assimilate what's going on myself, and it's all really overwhelming.
I let out a deep sigh as the phone stopped ringing.
"What the fuck am I going to do now?" I muttered, my hands sliding into my hair roughly.
