Audrey sat staring at her phone and bitting her nails while waiting fir his reply . " that scumbag he has to beg me " she thought staring hard at the screen A message popped up and it turned out to be his reply , she picked up the phone and tapped on the message to reveal just an okay

what ?? just okay ?? is he joking Soo all I get is an okay , gawwwwwwwwwd wtf ? so is this how all this will end ? just an okay Gawwwwwwwwwd Owen should have thought if a more suitable reply. she continued to but her nails as she picked up her phone to call her bestie cuz she can't handle this fresh breakfast all alone

" hiiii " Dynamites sunny voice sounded

" I need you right now "

" what ?? I'm in the middle of something young lady can't you just tell me over the phone"

" no you have to come over " she ended the call

arrrrrrggghhh that jerk Owen has made a mess of my brain . she thought pulling her hair .

Ding ding !!!!! the door bell rang and Audrey dragged her lazy ass off the bed to open the door for her angry bestie

" you know what young lady , your reason for dragging me out of my party has to be valid or you are dead meat " Dynamite said with a frown

" we've broken up "

" O. M. G , how , when , where , gawd you have to tell me how it happened what led to it and who broke up first "

" Do you want to sit down or should I just brief you right there"

" of course I have to sit " she walked in with a shocked expression on her face , she slowly made her way to the small white couch beside the white bed ( the only piece of furniture in the room apart from the bed ) Audrey made her way to the bed since there is no where else to sit except the bed she signs as she starts her story with a shrug

" we argued and I told him I'm tired that we should break up and ... " she shrugged again

" and what ? , plz don't kill me with suspense what was his reply "

" yeah just okay , I mean just okay that scumbag all he could say was an okay "

" oh mhi gawd , come here baby girl you need a hug , come here " she stands up to give Audrey a hug

" Get off me , I'm not the one needing this hug I'm sure it Owen that scum he doesn't know what he lost yunno? "

" yeah let it all out baby girl " she pat her head

" I'm not hurt I promise" her voice hoarse " I'm not hurt im fine he should be the hurt one I mean I broke up with him not the other way around right ?" she looked up to Dynamite with eyes full of tears

" hush now , you promised not to cry over any guy again remember?"

" yeah that's true I said I'm not gonna cry over any scumbag again they are all scums "

" it's okay" she continued to hug her and pat her back to calm her down

Dynamites POV 😎

She's still holding a sleeping Audrey in her hands as she pats her back .

My poor girl she really loved owen , gawwd why can't she just get lucky with love ? why can't she get who will cherish her

Her first ever try at love didn't go well the idiot ghosted her after a simple argument now Owen too gawwd my poor baby I feel so sad for her .

Her phone rings , and she checks it to see "Mon copain " she blushed and layed Audrey down to pick her phone

" hey , what's up ?"

" you left the party early what happened?"

" hmmm something came up and I had to attend to it "

" something like your bestie? "

" yeah, I had to get to my baby"

" who's your real baby her or me ?? it's time you distinguish"

" you are both my babies stop playing around you jerk "

" ooh I'm a jerk now " he fakes a whine " I'm being ditched for a female"

" will you stop throwing a tantrum?, I'm hanging up already Audrey is about to wake up " she hangs up smiling

" you look like a fool right now you know? " Audrey's hoarse voice brought her out of her day dream

" I want to go to a club and you are coming with me "

gawwd this crazy girl "okay I'm agreeing because you really need it right now so let's go "

she pulled her off the bed to get her ready for the club ...

Club house, loud music was blaring from the speakers as Audrey stood outside staring at the sign thinking whether to get in or not

" come on baby girl, you said you needed it " Dynamite's annoying voice sounded

" whatever" she shrugged as she walked looking badass as ever her hair pack up high, red lipstick on her lips , short shirt a crop top and a leather jacket to bag it all actually the leather jacket was Audrey's idea she didn't want to go looking thin and all so she insisted on putting the leather jacket on

They stepped into the clubhouse and walked over to the bar straight up

" Hi "Audrey greeted the bartender as soon as they got seated, "can I get a shot of jack Daniel's, and another shot of Marker's Mark fir my friend here " she said with a cute smile

" coming right up " the bartender said with thick British accent

" gawwd girl we have to get drunk tonight yayyy " Dynamite said trying to light up the mood . The bartender served them their drinks and moved on to continue his business

" Hello there ladies" they both looked in the direction of the voice, Audrey gave an eye roll while Dynamite let out a shocked gasp

" Babe, did you track me down here ?"

" Nope I happened to be around and I saw you guys when you got in, hi Audrey" he waved but Audrey only rolled her eyes

" Hi Maddox, such a surprise to see you here " she replied with a fake smile, Dynamite tried pleading to her with her eyes but she didn't look at her

" Do you have to be Soo grumpy all the time ?"

" can you just buzz of , you are intruding"

" gosh do you guys have to fight every freaking time you see each other?, gawwd I feel like a mother "

" it's not my fault, he choose a wrong timing"

" I wish I could kill you yunno? , come on babe let's get out of here she's annoying me "

" gosh , take it easy on yourself ma'am" the bartender said as he went off the get the drinks , Audrey rolled her eyes as she kept on glaring at all the men who tried to get close to her .

" gosh , she's asleep already and I don't even know how to get her friend" I held my head as I stared at the beauty in front of me . She came earlier with her friend but she's no where to be found now ,gawwd I warned her not to get drunk what I'm I going to do with her now ,I can't just leave her alone here .........

Next Day

Audrey's POV

arrggh thus splitting headache I shouldn't have had much to drink yester, that jerk Dynamite I'm surely going to kill her for ditching me " you yelled at her to leave remember" my subconsciousness whispered. Well yeah I Know I yelled at her but she should have stayed "arrgh" I opened my eyes to blinding light " who the fuck opened the windows" I thought as I moved to get off my bed .

" ooh you are awake " a cool deep voice sounded not far away from me

" yeah , I just need to... wait who are you ? , and what are you doing in my room ? " I asked the strange guy sitting comfortable by the window, wait ..... this is not my room, where the fuck I'm I ? oh mhi gawd I've been kidnapped

" Hi, I'm Jibri " the handsome stranger greeted

" I'm sorry , who are you and why the fuck I'm I here " I asked staring at my surroundings, well I love his taste though the room is not too big it moderate size , a king sized bed in the middle, black curtains, black bed coverings, black couch , I guess his favorite colour is black since almost everything here is black except the floor

" like I said I'm Jibril, I brought you here since you feel asleep at the bar " . oh yes the bar, he is the cute bar attender

" oh hi, I'm so sorry I didn't mean to sleep there like that I didn't mean to trouble you " I stammered

My phone ringing saved me from the embarrassment of staring too long , picked it up to see " bestest" showing on the screen, that jerk Dynamite just remembered me

" what is it ?" I picked the phone putting it in my ear

" I know I'm guilty I'm so sorry best , we got drunk and ended up inan hotel room " her guilty voice sounded over the phone , I can tell she's about to burst out in tears

" it's okay I forgive you "

" oh thanks do much darling, should I come over and make it up to you " she asked cheerfully

" nope , I'll pass " I said hanging up . I turned to the handsome bartender

" I'm so sorry one again for bothering you " I picked up my bag to leave I don't want to linger much it's embarrassing " thanks so much for your kind gesture " I said as I prepared to take a step and move out of the room

" it's okay ,I didn't get your name though" his deep voice stopped me sending shivers down my spine

" it's Audrey" I replied

" Nice to meet you Audrey " he smiled as he looked out the window to continue what ever he was doing. " Gawwd get a hold on yourself girl " I thought as I walked out of the room .I moved to the elevator still thinking about his smile, " he smelled like chocolate cake " I thought as I smiled to myself...
