In the inner district of Arcadia, houses were set ablaze while the thick smokes covered the skies further, making the whole Arcadia dark since the light from the sun could barely penetrate the black haze in the sky. Some people were screaming and grieving as their friends and loved ones were being slaughtered by a whole army of madmen.
No matter how hard they screamed for help, no one came to help them. They were mercilessly cut down by Kaiser's men, saying that they were a part of the resistance so they had no choice but to impose their murderous will upon the whole region to put them in their proper place.
As Lloyd and the others arrived, their fury exploded upon seeing the town turning crimson red from the flames while blood stained the structures and the streets.
