"I am so glad we came here today, Astrid," Donald said, patting Astrid's hair as she proceeded explaining almost all the buildings they came across while Mattie rolled her eyes.
"You're not only talented, but you're also passionate about what you do. That's something to be truly proud of."
Astrid's face glowed with happiness as she smiled up at her grandfather. "But how come you are familiar with the historical part?"
Astrid smiled as she told her grandfather, "I have been taking online classes in Historical Preservation and Architectural Design. I have always been fascinated by the way buildings can tell stories about the past."
Donald's eyes lit up with pride. "That's wonderful, Astrid! I had no idea you were pursuing your education again. You are going to make a fantastic architect like your mother one day."
"Yeah, yeah, Astrid's a genius. Can we move on now?" Mattie let out annoyed.
