GREGORY'S POV
I stepped out of the car, my anger still simmering beneath the surface. As I entered the foundation, I spotted Oscar and Patrick deep in conversation by the front desk. They both looked up when they saw me, their expressions shifting to polite smiles. I did not have the patience for pleasantries, so I raised a hand in acknowledgment and kept walking, making a beeline for my office.
When I walked in, Joe was already there, casually sipping coffee, looking far too relaxed for my liking. He nodded in greeting, but I was in no mood for small talk. I let out a huff and dropped onto the couch opposite him, still fuming.
"How's your day going?" Joe asked, his voice neutral but knowing.
"Armand James is a thorn in my side," I snapped, my voice laced with frustration. The mere mention of Armand's name made my blood boil again. " He thinks he can tell me what to do with my own son."
