As the tree withered out Eligot and Rosier looked in shock, "So its power is making stuff rot." Eligot said, "Thats hella powerfull!" Rosier said exctaticaly, "Damn..." Amy said, "Now you got a huge power-up i guess the tournament wont be that much of a problem for you now, all that you have to do is train your technique a bit more." Eligot said, "Yeah, let's train!" Amy said clearly happy for getting the power-up. They spend a few hours training untill Rosier approaches Eligot, "Yo Eligot, how about we have a little sparing session, just to check our powers out, ya know." Rosier said with a grin, "Alright, but just know that i won't go easy on you." Eligot answers with a sly smile, "And i'll be the ref!" Amy says with an arrogant expression, "Alright, let's go!" Eligit says as they get into their position and Eligot pulls his rapier out. The second that Amy said start, both Eligot and Rosier jump at each other at insane speeds, they exchange a few blows but Eligot suddenly jumps back and shouts, "Mana Rain!" Rosier looked up in disbelief and saw balls of mana start to fall, he immeadietly dashed at full speed to escape, but to no avail as one of the balls falls right next to him and releases an electrical discharge that makes Rosier fall paralyzed for a few moments, "Huh? What just happened? Don't the mana balls explode when they hit the ground?" Rosier asked, "This is another version of the technique that i developed, instead of the mana balls exploding like a bomb would, it shoots out an electrical discharge that can paralyze my foe, but its still new to me so it can only paralyze my foes for a few seconds." Eligot answers as he turns around, "That's cool, but... did ya forget the first rule of fighting." Rosier says arrogantly , "Huh? What do you mean?" Eligot asks, "I mena never take your eyes off the enemy." Rosier says. Eligot immeadietly looks at where Rosier was laying but nothing was there now, suddenly Eligot takes a hard kick to the back that sends him flying, but before he can hit something to fall back to the ground, Rosier is already there kicking him up into the sky, Rosier jumps up and reaches Eligots height with no problem , and kicks him down to the ground. Eligot crashes into the ground coughing up blood, as Amy yells "Enough! Due to potentially life threathening injuries we should probably stop this!", Rosier lands and Eligot gets up, "I woluld've won if you didn't use dirty tricks you bastard!" Eligot yelled, "Huh? Dirty tricks? It was completely fair, you shouldn't have given me an opening!" Rosier yells back, "Alright, enough! Let's go back to the inn for some rest." Amy says as they start making their way back to the inn. They reach the inn and as they enter the bartender says, "Ah, it's you three we recieved news from the capital that all competitors of the tournament should head to the capital immediately, or they will be disqualified." Eligot goes to the counter "Thank you for telling us we will head there immediately." Eligot says. The three of them pick their things up from their rooms, and go to the stables and pick their horses up and head for the capital. After hours of travelling through a few forests swamps and villages they reach the final village. before the gates of the capital they decide to rest up a bit before entering the capital. They spend the night in the village and finaly when the morning comes they stand face to face with the gates of the capital
