He/she created an evil organization in a world where monsters, demons, beast, gods, magic, and martial arts exist and when he first did that he created a network of his organization and gathered many random people and gave them an entirely new power system a combination of magic and martial arts. Every people who joined his/her network organization recieved clothes of their organization and weapons suitable for them to use, and some tecnique and magic formations and arrays for them to use.
