Stephen still thinks back to that time when Shilister was anything but this atrocious and cruel. That time when he doesn't hate the lower and vulnerable shifters who deserves nothing but affection and protection.
He pondered on the times when Shilister was once known for his virtues and prominence. Back when he was only dedicated to his dreams and love of his life.
When Shilister too knows how to pity and mercy to the delicate little shifters of his pack or those who were in pain.
Monsters could be both born or created with the time alone. But monsters who were created are more dangerous because they have to sacrifice every ounce of their soul and are drawn in the lava of hatred in the journey of dying everyday but never being dead.
