A large group of hooded people gathered between the Arcanum and Antiqua districts, watching the chaos in the city.
On the back of their hoods was a strange symbol: a circle split into two uneven halves, with jagged edges resembling a crack or fracture. In the center of the broken circle was a stylized eye with a fragmented iris.
Everyone present here was a member of the ancient secret organization Fissure, but they weren't moving, as if they were waiting for someone to arrive.
While the members of Fissure remained silent, a young man with blonde hair appeared. He wore an elegant vest and a bright blue brooch around his neck. A figure with a humanoid body but a bulbous head was by his side. This figure held a strange staff covered in many odd and erratic symbols. The light bulb in place of a head reinforced the feeling that this figure was not human.
