After staying in the skool for two weeks now Seraphinna started to understand the way of the school, at least now she wasn't getting lost in the halls like before.
Staying in the school have a fresh start she wasn't going to deny that she liked it here, the flow of mystery made someone never get tried.
Although seraphinna tried to take her mind off him, she just couldn't help sometimes when the thought of khaos would suddenly pop into her head. They hadn't come across each other after the central keep incident. Sometime she took secret glances of him when they where in the convivium hall. But at least after some time the thought of him gradually left and she was now focus on understanding the school better.
While Seraphinna was adjusting to the environment, Eliana was getting more and more stirred up for the upcoming Elite questfire. At last they where just a night a way from it and Eliana couldn't stop talking about it to Seraphinna.
In side Seraphinna's room, Seraphinna felt her ears where going to bleed if she didn't stop her friend from talking any further.
" Eli, don't you still want your friend to be alive to be able to accompany you to the Elite questfire "
Eliana paused and looked confused.
" Huh? What do you mean? "
" Stop talking it will soon be lights out go to your room and sleep I'm tried already "
Seraphinna was really tried of listening.
Eliana not feeling her friend mood, stood up and prepared to leave.
" Ok, I'll be going now. "
She happily skipped to the door. Once she was on her bed she found it hard to fall asleep she kept turning.
Seraphinna finally had some peace, she laid on her bed and soon fell asleep but not long after she fell asleep, she was rudely woken up.
Eliana who hadn't slept a wink last night, immediately when it was dawn she jumped off her bed and ran to her friend room, unlocking the door with her spare key, she pounced on the bed, waking up the sleeping ball.
Seraphinna slowly opened her sleepy eyes, she was in a daze at First but steadily regained her senses. She looked at the criminal who disturbed her sleep with a frown.
" What are you doing? " Her voice was a little bit hoarse from just waking up
Eliana was over ecstatic and couldn't notice her friend dissatisfaction.
" It's already dawn, come on, wake up let's get ready "
Seraphinna looked outside the window, it was already bright but the sun wasn't arise yet, she looked back at Eliana
" The sun hasn't even risen yet and you already want to get ready, I'm not going, you go "
Seraphinna raised the duvet and covered her face ready to go back to sleep, but unfortunately Eliana wasn't taken no for an answer she dragged the duvet away and threw it on the floor.
" If you go back to sleep I'll just continue disturbing you "
Seraphinna sighed and resign to her fate
" Okay "
" Yay "
Eliana clapped happily and got up the bed, she stood at the door patiently waiting for Seraphinna to get her things. Seraphinna was in a very bad moon carrying her things they both went to the shower room, as they walked walked there where quiet some people who were already awake.
After bathing and getting dressed. They both left. As they walked Seraphinna notice they weren't on the direction to the convivium hall.
" Where are we going, this isn't the way to the convivium hall" Seraphinna asked
Eliana smiled mischievously
" We're going to the blazing arena "
" What? "
" The blazing arena is where the Elite questfire and other games and tournament holds "
" Oh ok " Seraphinna nodded in understanding.
At the far back of the convivium hall, the blazing arena stood high and mighty. Ancient tall walls, seats arranged in a circular shape. As they entered Seraphinna was amazed by the grave walls. Seraphinna and Eliana arrived and surprisingly they weren't the only ones there.
Eliana suddenly felt happy that she didn't wait another second after she woke up if not they wouldn't have been able to reserve good seats. While Seraphinna was quiet surprised by the amount of people in the hall.
' does everyone look forward to this event that much ' she thought to herself.
Eliana led Seraphinna to the middle row and picked a seat in the centre. They both sat down.
" Wait we are still going back to the convivium hall so how are we going to reserve the seat. " This thought had been weighing Seraphinna mind
Eliana thought for a while before answering
" Oh that, I have no idea "
Seraphinna was frustrated
" How do you plan on keeping the seats? "
" Oh that's easy I'll go get our food while you stay here and watch over the seat "
Eliana said while standing up.
" You are leaving me here? "
Eliana was puzzled
" Or would you rather go, even if you wanted you can't, I really can't afford you missing you way again "
" Fine fine go already you've been bussing in my ear since dawn " Seraphinna chased her away. Eliana happily left.
Seraphinna sat alone and observed her surroundings as more people started to come in, she just couldn't help but wonder why so many people where enthusiastic about the Elite questfire.
She looked around in boredom until she finally cut sight of a familiar figure. Khaos causally walked in with his group of friends and his eyes, hands in his pocket his looked unorganized as different strands fell everywhere. Having on the black uniform the air around his was screaming out annoyance any slit mistake and he could lash out at any body. He looked around and suddenly cut a pair of green eyes staring, a hint of surprised flashed threw his eyes as swiftly as it came it disappeared. He calmly looked away and continue walking forward.
Seraphinna eyes continue to follow khaos, she looked away many times but couldn't help looking back it made her think to her self, she may be having a problem with her brain. Luckily Eliana came back just in time for Seraphinna mind to stop wondering. However Eliana didn't come alone she came with Lily who Seraphinna noticed at once.
" Look who I found when I got to the entrance "
On reaching Eliana spoke as she sat on her seat with the packaged food in her hand she passed one over to Seraphinna who egarly took it after all she was already hungry. Lily calmly took the seat at Seraphinna other side.
" I thought you guys wouldn't be coming "
Seraphinna unmasked her food and started eating slowly while Eliana who was already munching down almost everything and still had time to answer Lily
" Why wouldn't we, we couldn't miss this for the world " Eliana said with joy as her eyes sparkled .
Seraphinna looked at her friend and raised a bow, her expression literally read ' we ' the last thing she remembered was rudely being woken up and dragged all the way here and she says we, she couldn't be possibly dreaming right?. Seraphinna thought to her self.
Eliana could only pretend not to have seen her friend expression, she focused all her attention on her food. Lily could actually tell who was interested in the game and was not. She didn't talk again waiting for them to finish eating.
