After his discussion with the system, Willian is now in front of his computer making some research about the prices of the equipment for his physical training. He navigates the pieces. "What a drag ! The money that the system gave to me will only be able to buy the cycling equipment. I don't know if I will be able to compensate for the other things".In 2002 the cost of cycling equipment was not cheap specially for a most citizen like willian. For example in 2002 a professional road bike without taking in consideration the mark will cost between 2.000'-3.000' swiss francs, other equipment like helmet, socks, cycling shoes, home trainer materials etc. will be approximately 5.000 swiss francs. that put the total expenses to 8.000 swiss francs . The 10.000 from the system are basically exhausted and we didn't count the new diet .

"I may be obligated to use my savings to make it easier for me. Sigh !" . Willian get up from his desk and make his way to the bedroom it is past 9 PM. Tomorrow he have to do some shopping.

The next day willian wakes up before his alarm rings, freshen up, take some breakfast and make his way out to buy his equipment.

Willian walks down the street with a detailed list that the system gave him looking into shops searching for the right materials. When walking he see a Sport shop across the street and decide to take a look .When entering the shop he see many sort of gears from different sports. The friendly vibes of the environment make him more relaxed. When assessing his environment a voice suddenly appears from behind him. "Hello man, welcome to 'richie sports equipments' can I help you with something". Willian turns to see the person talking to him, he see a young white guy with mid length hair and blue eyes with casual clothes and a friendly look. Willian responds with a warm tone "Hello I wanted to see if I can buy some cycling gear and some other..." . The young man then says " Oh yes yes ! you are in the best shop for that. Please come with me" while going to a section of the shop . He begins to present bike models to willian and other stuff's. Willian buy what is conform to his needs. Then they make their way to the cashier.

The young man while making the bill try to strike some discussion "So.... are you buying it for fun ?" Willian look at him and says with a neutral tone "No trying to improve my physique and see if I can make it to the professional".

The young man continues to proceed with the bill "I see.... you are very courageous to pursue your dream. It demand a very strong belief I think ". Willian with a somehow absent mind respond "Yes you are right...and I must do anything to succeed ".

Finally he announces the bill "it will be 8.742 swiss francs" . Willian take out his credit card and pay he didn't bring the money he asked the system to transfer it into his bank account he does not want to be arrested because he had so much liquid money on him. When going back the young man said to willian that his material will be delivered before 11 AM.

Willian continues to navigate the streets envisioning his future training and the efforts that he will have to put into it . He go back home to wait for his delivery.

The next day in a flash willian got up at 6 am and got ready for his first training session. In the living room of his small apartment he arranged a space where he will practice. "System I am ready let's begin the seance please" with determination and anticipation in his voice.

[ 🤖 Ok Willian. But before we begin you have to know that it will be a painful and mental exhaustion process. But with this we will not only make you more fit for professional cycling but also improve your determination and mental because the cycling world is also full of frustration and some time injustices ].

[ 🤖 The physical program that I conceived is divided in three steps representing the last three months of this year . Normally it would have took you about 1 year and a half to attain a certain level of physical capacity but with my help it will only take 3 months so be ready for the intensity. For the first step we need to work on your cardiovascular endurance. I want you to so 30 minutes of steady-state cardio three times a week and we will gradually increase the duration and difficulty every week that is it for the first month and also don't forget the diet plan a copy is on your bed ]

Willian nodded he knew that he had to respect the guidance that the system offer him ."Ok let's do this" he said determined.

Over the next four weeks, Willian worked tirelessly to improve his cardiovascular endurance with the guidance of the system. He went for runs every morning and afternoon,bikes rides on multiple terrain, and a bit of swimming to mix things up. His muscles after each session screamed and he was drenched in sweat, some day it was very insupportable because of the pain but he refused to abandon and continued to persist and surpass his limits. He also made sure to stretch and foam roll everyday fo improve his mobility and flexibility.

After the first month passed, Willian had made good progress and himself was sensing some kind of change.

One day during the debrief. Willian said to the system " Woah it is like magical, during that month of training I pushed hard and now I am like invincible" .

[🤖 It is good to build some confidence now but don't be complacent it is very dangerous for a professional athlete. Remember that consistency and patience are the key of success ]

Willian let out an embarrassed chuckle "Yes you are right ...consistency and patience are keys . So what are we going to do this month ? it is November now" . he said while finishing his Steady-state cardio exercise.

[ 🤖 For the next month we will focus more on your strength. We have to improve your muscular endurance to reduce the risks of muscular exhaustion injuries ].

Willian was preparing for his session with a mix of apprehension and nerves. He had never done strength training but he know that it is necessary for his future career.

[ 🤖 Okay willian today we are going to work on your legs strength . We will start with squats, lunges and leg press remember to focus on form and technique ].

Willian nodded, taking a deep breath as he began the workout. He started with squats feeling his legs burn as he lowered himself down and stood back up . He did three steps of ten reps with a minute of rest between them.

Next he moved to the lunges feeling his legs tremble as he stepped forward and backward he did three sets of ten reps on each leg with a minute of rest between them.

Finally, he finished with leg press feeling the legs ache as he pushed the weight away from him . He also did three sets of ten reps .

As he finished the workout Willian was feeling very exhausted but exhilarated. He knew that he had taken a crucial step towards becoming a professionnal cyclist.

Over the next few weeks Willian continued his strength training gradually increasing the weights and intensity as he got stronger. He also continued to work on his cardiovascular endurance increasing the intensity and duration of his rides. As the time passed willian started to notice significant improvement in his strength,his legs had become more powerful, and more explosives .

One day willian was coming back from a ride in the city. when he arrived at home he got a notification from his system.

[🤖 Hello willian you did a good job with your training. You can now access the gift pack "the master mind" do you want to open it ?

✔YES ❌NO ]

😮 Willian was surprised by this new but then he began to jump everywhere with joy " YES ! YES ! finally..... I wonder what is inside.." ,"Yes open the gift" he said with anticipation in his voice.
