With a loud noise similar to the bursting of a firecracker, before Kylian could stop thinking, the dusky sky above their head was illuminated with bright yellowish-red flames when the oil lamp burst aloud inside the paper lantern, immediately reducing the entire setup into ashes, especially the lucky windchimes which made that specific loud noise.
In the beginning initial seconds, the lantern caught fire first but before the burst, some faint white smoke scattered out of that paper lantern which only existed for a few seconds before dissipating with the strong mountain breeze.
However, the white smoke appeared like some scribbled writing from afar, but hardly anyone could notice it vividly as their eyes were anxiously watching the lantern being caught up with fire.
