After Fred digested the information he immediately rushed out of his workroom, slamming the door wide open. He was startled when he found his dinner already prepared and on the table… without Amy.

'Don't tell me…' Fred thought to himself as he rushed to his room, opened the door but shielded his eyes from an object that reflected light to his eyes. He saw the keys and a letter on the bed. He picked up the letter and a jacket and immediately made for a bowl in the sitting room to get his car keys. But they weren't there. In place of his keys was a sticky note that read: EAT FIRST!

Fred saw the note and calmed himself. He sat down on a couch near his dinner that was atop a glass stool. He then read through the letter, which was everything he had just found out. He marvelled at her honesty and was proud that he had picked someone who was more faithful than most partners, but he was a bit disappointed in her for not opening up immediately no matter the threat since he would have made Greg pay while protecting everyone involved even Alex.

As for Alex, he had no words or thought for him and simply enjoyed his dinner which consisted of rice with fried eggs, salad, ground beef and oven-baked chicken with one of his favourite shakes that contained watermelon, banana, grapes, cucumber, and ice cubes. He finished his meal in peace and a smile crept on his face as he reminisced about Amy. He had been with her for two years and understood her perfectly, he knew she would be long gone by now and exactly where his keys were.

He stood up, picked up his keys from inside the kitchen cabinet and went on a drive.

Instead of harbouring hate towards Alex, he simply felt that he had lost two important people in his life. His personal philosophy was not giving energy to something negative so he left it at that. He had tested his philosophy in his head by imagining someone killing his family and him meeting the person during the act. He thought about it for a while before concluding that he would only do what was necessary for the killer's life, but he would not spend energy to hate him for it. He always thought he was weird thinking that way.

Suddenly, his car stopped and the lights streaking from the cars around him seemed to have paused since he perceived them to be solid illuminating lines. Fred looked at his dashboard and the digits and pointers that were usually changing figures and angles also stopped.

"Fred Jocko! You have a chance to exit this typical and mundane life you are about to tread now and experience divinity alongside various adventures. This could be your chance to heal from all that has happened to you from birth, but you are not someone who is weighed down by such anyway. If you are interested, all you need do is answer yes in your thoughts." The voice said and dispersed. Soon after THE WORLD resumed and Fred almost hit a truck because he was dazed by the new information he got.

"What?" Fred said to himself and parked his car near a park.

He came out of his car and walked to the nearest store and bought himself a bottle of water. Leaving the store with the sound of the door chime indicating his exit, a cool breeze blew past him as he slowly pondered what happened. He took a deep breath and stuffed the change from the store in his pocket as he made his way to a secluded park bench. He took out his phone and saw a notification from Amy!

It was a recorded message, and possibly the last time he would hear her. He took out his ear pods and connected them to his phone as he wanted to listen to it privately.

"… I am sorry… I… can't!" That was what Fred heard last. The night was young and he was alone once again in this unforgiving world. He was never afraid of being alone nor did he detest it, he enjoyed it but he would never once agree that it was better than having good company.

After drinking some water and pouring some on his face and pinching himself severally to make sure today's events were real, he entered his car and thought about one word… YES!

As soon as he sat down on the driver's seat and thought the word YES, he saw himself on an armless couch surrounded by an environment he had never seen before. He saw different plants and flowers that swayed without winds, colourful waterfalls that seemed to scale infinitely, and several moons that appeared too close to the stratosphere that he could have sworn they were just beside the planet he resided in.

As he looked up he was frightened by what appeared to be European dragons, Chinese dragons, and several flying creatures that filled the boundless starry sky but somehow there was still a lot of aerospace for the flying creatures. The land was also filled with vibrant grasses that had warm colours that would change slowly in a rhythm and large beasts resting and moving about. The trees were so humongous that he couldn't even see the top, he imagined they continued to grow out of the plane's stratosphere but wondered why they were so many.

The wonders he saw there were endless as his soul entered a state of endless appreciation and bliss until he was interrupted by a sudden change in scenery and thrown into a hellish landscape. Information was sent to his brain at a rapid rate as he knelt down to bear the pain.

"To assist you with your divine assimilation, a system would be provided and once your assimilation is complete the work of the system would be done." A rough mechanical voice resounded in Fred's ear.

"Aaarghhh!" Fred complained as he felt a dull and warm pain in his core. The glowing core that remained after the demise of the Doom Slayer was been slowly absorbed and assimilated with Fred's body and soul.

"Assimilation has begun…"

"Body reconstruction will begin first…" The same mechanical voice that he heard in his head spoke once again.

"Uggh…" Fred uttered as he began vomiting copius amounts of black liquid. The liquid soon coated his body and the floor dark.

Soon after the pain that followed made Fred wish for the earlier pain he experienced since the bones in his body were breaking apart and reforming in real time.

"Gahhh…" Fred uttered. He had no words for this pain. But he still managed to have silly thoughts nonetheless.

'Is… this… the… pain of… childbirth?' Fred thought as his body began contorting like a demon undergoing exorcism.
