Azrael's stitches fell away like loose threads, and his outer skin dropped to the ground, revealing his true form. His blackened, hardened skin gleamed under the dim light, and his newly exposed white, razor-sharp teeth curved into a chilling grin. With four eyes—two on each side of his face—Azrael looked more monstrous than ever. His fingers had elongated into three sharp claws on each hand.
Without hesitation, Azrael charged at Roman, his speed unmatched. Roman raised his katana just in time to block the attack, the clash of steel against Azrael's claws echoing like a death knell.
"Do you really think you can defeat me?" Azrael's voice was a guttural growl. "Only a monster can kill another monster!"
With a surge of strength, Azrael flung Roman backward. The force sent Roman crashing through the air, his body slamming into the ground. Nina, caught in her battle with Dolores, looked on in shock, her focus momentarily broken.
Dolores seized the opportunity, his attacks becoming more frenzied. "Focus!" he snarled, as he slashed at her.
Roman lay on the ground, his body battered and broken, but his spirit unyielding. Slowly, he rose to his feet, blood dripping from his wounds. His voice was a defiant whisper, "By the temple of angels, I have been betrayed by all. Let God decide which will fall and live... crucified heavens."
As Roman spoke, a transformation began. Black steel wings erupted from his back, spreading wide like those of a fallen angel. Black armor manifested over his body, glowing with a sinister red light, as if forged from the blood of the damned.
"Who said I'm human?" Roman's voice was now cold, filled with an ancient, otherworldly power.
Azrael's lips twisted into a sinister smile. "Yes... Let's give it our all. Good versus evil. Who will stand, and who will fall?"
As he laughed wickedly, the tension in the air grew palpable, setting the stage for an apocalyptic clash between these two forces of darkness.
