I don't know if it was the excitement or what, but I suddenly hugged Ryan from behind. His body was so warm, it felt different. I could hear my heart beating very fast for the first time. I really never thought I could actually ever get a man to make me feel this way, especially a man who had killed me in my previous life. This made me wonder, did I love Ryan? Did I really love Ryan Evans, the man who killed me in my past life?
He stiffened. And as he stiffened, I remembered that this was all in my head. Waking up, I said, "oh, I'm sorry, I just got excited for a minute." He did not reply but instead he said, "meet me here tomorrow at 9am."
And then he left. He didn't say anything else. And it suddenly felt like things were back to being very awkward between us. I hope it didn't take me as that kind of woman. But in any case, I'll deal with that when we get there.
For now, I had learned one thing:
1. I was going to the military.
2. I was actually getting to understand my feelings about Ryan Evans.
And it was getting a little bit scary to explore them. Hopefully....
" Milady! Milady! Please wake up! Milady, you are very late!"
" Mm? Five more minutes." I mumbled
Lily got to me and shook me. " No, Milady, you will be late. Remember, last night you said that, Master Ryan said you are going to the military."
That woke me up. I jumped out of bed and looked at her with a confused look.
" What time is it?" I asked
" eight thirty Milady." Lily replied
" I have prepared a bath for you." She added
" What? Eight thirty?" My confusion cleared up instantly as I realized that I had 30 minutes to prepare because I overslept. After a long night of blabbering to Lily about how I accidentally hugged Ryan because i was trying to make them shush their mouths because they saw me. They kept gushing about it the whole night. They ended up talking about it the entire night and I barely got any sleep.
Now it was 8.30 and I hadn't prepared anything, I hadn't packed, and now I had to go. Quickly getting up, I washed up, ran to my wardrobe and quickly put in... I didn't even know what to put in for military. What do we need to pack for military? I really didn't know. But I think I would have to take a bit more trousers and less dresses. Everything else I would see there. I took two sets of dresses and about ten sets of trousers and boots. I needed heavy boots because I'm sure I wouldn't be able to wear heels. And then for caps, I didn't have any. I'd have to ask Ryan for a caps but would he agree? I doubted it because of yesterday's occurrence, I really doubted that he would.
