Mandy's shrill voice echoed in the pitch darkness as he let's go of her, she fell down instantly, blood spewing from her hands as her first three fingers were gone and lost in the dark, her whole body was convulsing as she looked at her bleeding getting worst and the pains were unbearable, suddenly she got yanked by the hair as she trembled under the strangers touch, for some freaking reason, he feels and looks familiar, she's most certain that she's come across his aura before.....but where?
"Stay the hèll away from Jasmine or your throat will be next" he threatened as he lets go of her hair and she cowers in fear, her bleeding hand shaking furiously as steams of pains washed through her
"W....who sent you?" She asked as her lips were shaking, he simply stood straight, gave her a scornful glare and disappeared into the darkness, it's more of like he never came before, she hissed in pains as she struggles to stand up but failed miserably, crashing onto the ground with a thud as she bruised her cheeks and forehead..... this is more than torture
"Mandy!..... fúck!, What happened to you!?" Gina's girly scared voice brought Mandy on her butt, sitting down as she gashed her teeth together..... Gina immediately squatted in front of her....a gasp escaping her lips as she saw her hand
"Who....who the fúck did this!?.....who!?" Gina asked in fright and Mandy glared at her
"How am I supposed to know!?, I was attacked!" Mandy snapped and Gina bit her lips, trying to calm down a little
"Attacked?" Gina asked again in confusion
"Just get me the fúck out of here!" Mandy snapped angrily as Gina immediately lifted her up..... rounding the car as she placed her inside and she hurriedly got in from the driver's seat..... Mandy could be heard bickering and groaning in pains as they took off

"Jay, ouch!.....it hurts" Jasmine whined as I carefully wrapped a new band-aid on her head, she tried pushing my hands off but I slapped it off playfully, earning a pout from her
"Just relax okay, I need to make sure you and my baby are okay...I don't want to risk anything" I voiced out as I finished wrapping it up, cleaning the edges of her forehead and cleaning her face, she giggled as I got to her lips, adding a little pressure as it turned red instantly
"You want to peel off my lips, huh? She asked childishly and I removed my hand, making sure everything is in order before facing her, her whole body on the bed, and I was squatting in front of her
"Maybe.....I love it red" I voiced out and she raised an eyebrow
"Just stop it...." She pouted as I kept everything besides the bed
"Stop what?" I asked cluelessly
"Being cute.....I can't take it anymore!" She whined playfully and I grined.... maintaining my squatting position
"But I can't stop..... it's natural" I said taking both of her beautiful hands and kissing it fevishly.... she giggled and pulled her hands away
"The last time you did that, I ended up with a baby and it's killing me right now" she pointed out and i gasped dramatically... clutching onto her hands again
"It's our baby and I will do it again in a heartbeat" i blurted out and hugged her.....she likes hugs... it's like her second favorite thing in the world
"Speaking of which, how did you find out that I'm pregnant?" She asked and I lifted my weight and scurried besides her.... she immediately let her head fall onto my shoulder and I cupped her with my large arms
"Well, I might have seen the test kit while I was looking for fresh clothes, the one you wore that day was soaked with blood and I needed to change them" I confessed and she smiles..... raising her head to look at me
"Did you see anything else?" She asked with a nervous smile and I shrugged my shoulders
"Nope, was I supposed to see something else?" I asked and she smiles.... shaking her head
"You weren't... thanks for saving me" she mumbles silently, she stretches and layed her head on my lap, facing me directly, despite her pregnancy she still looks breathtaking and hot.....but her cheeks are now buffy but she shouldn't know that or else she's going to freak out big time
"No need to thank me and I'm sure that Mandy would be getting her due punishment just fine" I said and she furrowed her eyebrows
"Don't tell me you went after her?" She questioned and I clicked my tongue as I caress her hair
"Fine, I won't tell you"

"Star, I told you..... she can't hurt you and just get away with it, I had to do something" I voiced out as my mind flashed back two days ago, I could still clearly remember how scared she was, I actually planned on cutting her hands off completely but jotted down the idea and opted for her fingers instead.....all thanks to Noah's expertise when it comes to tracking

"She was the one who started it.....so I helped her finish it, listen.....my sole aim is to protect you and now that I know that you are carrying our future baby girl, I won't let any harm come close" I said with raw emotions and she frowned
"Who told you it's going to be a girl?" The sudden change in her tone almost made me laugh
"Because it's going to be a girl.... and don't you argue with me Star" I remained calm and she rolled her eyes this time around
"It's going to be a cute boy, a replica of you.....my little prince charming" she said with dreamy eyes.... clutching her hands together in my face and I shifted her hands away so I could look at her properly
"It's going to girl" I cringed out
"Nah ha, it's going to be a boy" she pointed out while poking the tip of my nose
"It's going to be a girl" I said unfazed
"Boy" she pointed out
"Girl!" I argued
"Boy!" She said with a smirk

"Fine!,.... girl" I rasped huskily with both hands in the air
"Yes!....boy.....arrrhg..... fúck it" she groan in defeat as she realized she just lost.... she covers her face with both hands and I chuckled inwardly.... removing her hands
"It's going to be whatever God gives us... okay?" I said calmly and she smiles....I placed a soft kiss on her band-aid forehead as she closed her eyes, right now she's the only thing that matters to me.... fúck the rest!

Mika walked out of the kitchen after yelling at Roland playfully, ever since Delilah stormed out angrily some days ago, things have been a quite peaceful..... it's not like Mika has anything going on in her little head for Roland but.... loving him is completely out of the question
So here's the great surprise as Delilah walked in, her eyes met with Mika's immediately and an akward silence lingers, Delilah sucked in her breath as she dragged her feet towards her
"I thought you quit?" Mika asked as she looks at Delilah, her eyes were slightly swollen and she looks pale
"I just...I just want us to put everything behind us and move on with our lives, I honestly shouldn't have behaved like an animal, I'm sorry" Delilah blurted out and Mika's jaw almost dropped, she looks around to see if there's anyone else around them but no, it's just the two of them
"You realize that you are talking to me right?" Mika asked with shock
"Roland doesn't love me and I'm certain he loves you and I shouldn't hate you for that... if there's anyone that I should be hating on....then it's him, he broke my heart and not you, you don't deserve to die for his mistake" Delilah muttered and Mika slowly walked across the counter and stopped right in front of her
She looks at Delilah and Delilah didn't blink one minute, sharing the intense gaze as Mika let's out a sigh
"I can't believe this, so you are willing to let go of everything?" Mika asked with curiousity and Delilah takes Mika's hand, Mika tried untangling them but Delilah wouldn't budge
"I'm serious, look, I know it's going to be really hard but I hope we can be friends, Roland is just a boy, he's not worth the hassle... don't you think?" Delilah asked tactically and Mika nods
"Yeah, you are right..... he's not worth it..." Mika brewed out as her mind flashed back to when Roland balantly said he doesn't feel anything for the both of them
"You see, I'm willing to make this work..... that's if you are down for it....are you?" Delilah asked in her most calming voice and Mika looks at her
"How am I sure if all this is a facàde?, How am I sure that you aren't just pretending?" Mika asked and Delilah beamed
"I'm willing to report myself to the police for attempted mûrda, I'm willing to turn myself in..." Delilah trailed
"You don't have to do that!" Mika snapped immediately
"I just can't live with the guilt of trying to kîll someone for a person who doesn't even care about me, I don't want you to hold grudges against me anymore, I'm willing to repent and turn myself in, at least that should heal the pains" Delilah whimpers as Mika pulled her in for a warm hug, Delilah squeezed herself into the hug with tears pouring down like a water fountain
"It's okay, I believe you.... just don't do anything stupid" Mika pleaded and Delilah nods.....the hug getting tighter
"Thanks" Delilah mumbles as Mika cleaned up her tears

"You already killed Dad, I might as well join him" she voiced out and he angrily pulled her in his grip, she bites his hand holding her neck.... sinking her teeth into his flesh as she taste his dirty blood, he immediately let's go of her..... clutching his hand that now has her teeth marks imprinted on it
"Damn you!.... you you are definitely going to starve to dèath!" He threatened and she smriks..... spitting his blood out of her mouth
"Once I manage to get out of here, I'm going straight to the police, and Jasmine will know everything, I will tell her everything!" She cooed and Laurence smriks... wiping his hand with his shirt
"You are never going to escape, you will remain here till I'm done, and what makes you think Jasmine would believe you?" he and she walks closer to him
"Because I will make her believe..." Immediately her eyes darted to the open door and she smiles.... tucking her hands behind her, Jasper was clearly standing at the other side of the door and it'd be foolish of her to keep talking so she dashed into the bathroom and shut the door
"There's no way out of here!, Stop dreaming!" Laurence bangs the door and stormed out angrily
Meanwhile Avia looks at her reflection and slowly smirks, she smiles as she pulled out the keys she snubbly took while trying to escape the other day, Jasper didn't notice when she pulled the keys from his back pocket
"He's not so smart after all" she smiles brightly to herself, tucking the keys back and hatching her next heist

Okay, I did feel a bit bad for Mandy after I found out what Jayson actually did to her, well Noah told me how everything happened since Jayson was being a baby about it and wouldn't let me know, I'm pretty sure Mandy doesn't even know who her attacker is because according to Noah..... Jayson was wearing a mask, I never knew Jayson had a thing for revenge, I've never seen him as a violent person, I never thought he could dice someone's fingers with a knife.....turns out I bring out the best and consequently the worst in him
This was all part of the plan, encroaching my presence in his life till I become his weakness, making him fall helplessly in love with him so when I leave he'll be completely broken, but what if I also get broken?
More reasons why I shouldn't be emotionally attached to him, more reasons why I shouldn't let my guards down.....more reasons why I should never consider falling in love with him, yes....he was my childhood crush but things changed and I don't think I love him like I used to.....or do I?
But right now I'm trying to enjoy the best of the little time I have left with him, savoring every single moment with my whole heart, enjoying his company and love and that's why I'm blindfolded and he's leading me to only God knows

It's a giant roof top, a firm setting up of a date.... the right amount of candles..... blazing beautifully as the whole space was decorated with nice flowers and a soft music was playing at the background... everything about this place is amazing, beautiful and breathtaking
"Jayson?" Was the only thing I could say as he led me to the table, thank God I was dressing nice... even though he grumbled about my outfit and made me change it a couple of times before agreeing with a floral dress..... with glittering dots and a right share of slit on the side... Jayson can be a really tough nut to crack sometimes
"Happy birthday in advance to you my lovely wife...few days to go and I decided to surprise you with the most elequent dinner....." He said in an accent I couldn't make out clearly but I laughed anyways because it's kinda of funny
"I'm really surprised, this place is amazing" I said, goshing over the entire space before looking back at him...he always looks ravishing in whatever he puts on
"I know.... but you have to focus on the most mind blowing and captivating subject here" he said with a smirk and I raised my left eye brow
"And what's that if I may ask?" I questioned and he stretched his hand forward taking my hands

"As you can see.... these are all your favorite foods.... even though I had to force Noah to get them but hey, the most important thing is that they're here right?" He voiced out and I couldn't help but laugh..... he's really funny tonight.....well he's always funny.....my eyes darted to his neck and the tatts stood out elegantly.....I could clearly see my name from where I'm seated..... why do I suddenly feel so special?....I shouldn't have such feelings
"That's the most important thing....." I said, my eyes roaming over the table and I picked up the chops..... filling my mouth in one go as he watched me keenly

Gina gasped as she entered the room and met everything scartterd.....the room is s mess as she slowly walked up to Mandy who was now sitting down on the couch besides her bed
"You really need to calm down....." Gina said softly as she sat besides Mandy and pulled her head closer to her chest.... hugging her while Mandy sniffled
"I look like a freaking weakling right.....I should probably stop crying" Mandy said with tears coated voice as she stared at her hand.....her left hand to be precise..... three fingers are gone as she was left with two.....her pinky finger and thumb.....the three middle fingers are gone!
"It's okay to cry but don't destroy your room, I can't keep cleaning up after your rage speers, it's exhausting" Gina frowned and Mandy nods
"You have any idea on who attacked me yet?... it's been days" Mandy retorted and Gina pinched the bridge of her nose in disapproval
"No I don't, but I do have something else that's going to make everything better....." Gina said with a smirk and Mandy faced her properly
"Seriously?" Mandy cooed as Gina pulled her close and whispered something into her ears, Mandy's eyes lit up instantly as she stared at Gina in disbelief.....her eyes radiating vengeance
" she's so going to regret this" Gina grins with a mischievous smile as Mandy nods... loving the fact that Gina came up with a perfect plan
