" Mika?" My own voice betrayed me as my grip suddenly tightened on the door nob, for some reason, or reasons....I felt angry, I felt hurt and sad at the same fùcking time, why would she come here after pretending like I didn't exist for a whole month!, she completely ignored all my attempts to apologize and now she's here?
"You sound as if I shouldn't have come here" she said with a smirk that I can't rectify if it's an angry smrik or she's just been a tease, well I'm definitely not in the mood for any of her antics
"You should leave" I said and I'm starting to wonder why my voice is so calm, I shouldn't be calm towards her, maybe we need some time apart since she couldn't support nor understand me, I've always thought our friendship was unbreakable and nothing could hurt it but obviously I was fùcking wrong
"I should leave?, you sound as if you've gotten over our friendship so easily, I guess I never really mattered in your life" she blurted out and I couldn't believe the nonsense she was spewing
"I don't want to talk about this now, Jayson is at home, just go away" I shuddered at my voice and my own fùcking messed up feelings and my mind became muddy with guilt
"I don't give two fûcks about Jayson, I'm surprised that you of all people could take a really drastic decision without informing me, if I had really mattered to you, even a little bit, you would have told me, but no, you choose to hide it from me because apparently I'm not important to you!" Mika snapped immediately as her eyes darted over me, I gulped down emptiness as I released the door nob and crossed my arms
"I was pretty sure I made it clear that I will tell you on my own accord, yes?.... and I believe I did but you choose to sprawl out of control and ignored me!" I also snapped
"Fùcking hèll you wouldn't have told me if you hadn't been guilty, you only told me because you wanted some sort of resilience!, That hurts like hell!, I'm hurt!"
"Well, I'm also hurting here you know!, I thought we were friends!, But obviously I was wrong because you are overacting!"
"I'm overreacting?, You call keeping secrets from me overreacting?" She suddenly calmed down as she said the words almost in whispers
"I'm sorry" I blurted out before I could stop myself, we are both wrong here but sometimes in friendships or relationships, it doesn't matter who is wrong, the only thing that matters is being the bigger person and make things right
She dipped her hands into her sliky brown curls and brushed it backwards in fustration, the silence lingering was choking and suffocating as she slowly looks at me, I looked back at her and I saw the hurt and guilt in her eyes too
She opened her hands wide and I furrowed my eyebrows, looking at her as she narrows her gaze and gestured for me to come close, which I reluctantly did as she wraps her arms around me, squeezing me in the warmest embrace I have ever experienced
I shut my eyes closed as I responded, clutching onto her as if my life depends on it, I've missed her alot and I can tell she does too from the way she was hugging me
"I'm also sorry for being an àss, I should have tried to understand your reasons instead of going out of control, I missed us" she mutters as we still held each other
"The truth is, I really wanted to tell you but I just couldn't bring myself at that time to say anything because it was supposed to be a secret, I really needed the closure and I just couldn't risk it, I'm sorry" I also whispered as she pulled away and held my cheeks in a baby like manner
"Don't you think someone else deserves to know the truth?, It would break him if he finds out later" she said and I felt something sank deeply into my stomach as I squeezed my face in hurt
"I just can't bring myself to tell him anything, each time I try, I end up chewing on my words, it's really hard, I don't know how he would react to it" I said with difficulty and she nods lightly, stroking my right cheek
"You have to try, Jayson trust you, and keeping secrets from him isn't right, you both will end up getting hurt, badly" she said and bite my buttom lip as I tried to suppress the bubbling feeling inside
"I don't know Mika, it's going to be really hard for me"
"What's going to be really hard for my Star to do?" Jayson's voice suddenly blurts out as I stiffened on my spot, Mika's lips parted slightly as she stared at him with shock, it only lasted for a second as she quickly wipes it off her face but I still stood numbed to the ground, finding it difficult to turn around
He placed his hand on my shoulders as he pulled me away from Mika, smiling brightly as I gulped down and finally looked at him, by now both of my hands were in his arms as I stood by his side
"No... nothing" I almost stuttered and I cursed myself inwardly for being too obvious, judging by the unraveling smile on his face, he doesn't seem to know what's going on, did he by any chance evesdroped on our conversation?, I doubt it because if he did then I'm pretty sure he won't be smiling
"Are you okay, Star, you look flushed and drained....did you two had an argument?" Jayson's worrisome voice filled my ears and I subtly hugged him from the side as I smiled at him, faking my most mouth watering smiles ever
"I'm honestly fine, Mika and I were just having a random conversation that involves her work, right Mika?" I narrowed my gaze towards her and she nods lightly, I could tell the smile on her face isn't real either and she was giving me the scolding look which I clearly ignored
"Yeah, just normal work stuff" she said with a wave of her hand as she walked in, Jayson furrowed his eyebrows as I pulled him along
"No problem then, I guess" he said and Mika suddenly turned towards him and poked his chest with her index finger two times
"Uh, the only problem is that you've completely stolen my friend, all she thinks about is you and she doesn't have time for me anymore!" Mika said with a grin and I exhaled deeply, I see what she did there....nice save
"That's not true" I whined and Jayson rubbed his chest as if he's trying to ease the pains even though he isn't affected by her small fingers
"I don't see why you want to gobble me up for spending quality time with my wife, don't you think you should be married too by now, hmm Mika?" Jayson teased with his right eye brow standing and Mika gasped dramatically while holding her chest
"Oh no!, you did not just say that!, Did he say that!?, Oh no!, he shouldn't have!" Mika half yelled as she luched towards him but I quickly stepped in the middle with my hands spreading wider and she crashed into it, I quickly wrapped my hands up in a hug and dragged her away from Jayson as she struggles like a mad dog and Jayson laughed at her mockingly
"I can't let you hit my husband, not on my watch" I said with a teasing smrik and she suddenly went cold
"You've just broken rule 1 of the bestie code, I'm not sure if we are friends anymore, maybe I'm in the wrong house, I should probably leave" Mika said and I pulled her backwards in-between laughter
"You will always be my number one" I pouted and she smiles while Jayson's face went sour, he quickly wrenches me off her grip and Mika scoffed as she held onto my other side
"I'm her number one!"
"No!, I am, pûnk!" Mika teased playfully as they continued dragging me from both sides as if they want to split me into two
"Umm, I'm her husband and she's my other half, go get yours!"
"Well, I saw her first and she's mine!"
"No!, She's mine!"
"Not even in your dreams!"
"She's mine forever!"
"Guys, if you don't let me go, I'm going to pass out from all this dragging!" I half yelled and Mika released me immediately and I fell on Jayson's chest as he wraps his hands over me completely in a hug, staking a firm claim as he smriked at Mika, his hands glides under my chin as he raised my head and placed a soft kiss on my lips
"See, I told you she's mine" he said with a smirk and Mika flopped on the couch with a sour defeated look
"I might as well go find my own prince charming too, you can have her" Mika said as she waved her hands at us and I wriggle out of Jayson's hug and flopped on the couch besides her
"Roland is always there for you" I chimed in and she groans while rolling her eyes
"If you don't zip it, I might shove a brick down your throat" she snearled and i raised her hands in the air, shifting away from her a little
"Who's Roland?" Jayson asked and I opted to answer but his phone started ringing and he excused himself, jugging up the stairs
"He's so into you" Mika said as she finally looks at me
"And I think I'm into him as well"
"You think?, Gurl, you are whipped and gone!" Mika teased as she pokes my side and I giggled
"I won't say gone though, I still have my doubts, I'm not sure if what I feel for him is love or infatuation or maybe lust..... I'm just attracted to him in a weird kind of way and that bothers me sometimes, it's so right but feel awfully wrong each time I think about him" I said pouring my heart out and for the first time in forever, I feel.... whole
"So, you both have shagged right?" Mika suddenly blurted out and my jaw dropped instantly as I stared at her in awe
"Weren't you listening to everything I just said?, I just poured out my heart and all you can think of is s£x?, are you seriously kidding me right now!" I flipped playfully and she grinned
"I'm just joking!" She teased and I rolled my eye, " maybe you should give it sometime before coming clean, I'm sure he'll understand" she said rubbing my shoulders and I sighed
"You really think so?" I asked with a little doubt
"He's in love with you, he'll understand everything, trust me" she continues and I heaved out a weird amount of air flaring through my nostrils and that's when I realized that I've been holding my breath.... damn!
"I've missed you so much" I pouted and she grabbed my shoulders, pulling me close enough so my ears touched her lips
"How about we sneak out and go have some fun, it's been a while don't you think?" She whispered and I pulled back with a mischievous grin plastered all over my face...

It's been a month, well a month and some weeks to be precise since I've been with my shooting Star and my life has taken a whole new different turn, switching up with a bang, filled with lilies and roses... Jasmine is my happiness
In as much as it hurts that she doesn't remember our past, I still love her regardless because, why not?
Jasmine is mine, mine to own, love, hug and claim, Mika must have taken with happened a few minutes ago as a joke but I really meant it when I said she was mine and mine alone
"Doctor?" I answered the pending call as a British accent filled my ears
"Mr Jayson, you called for an appointment but unfortunately I'm not going to be available for now, can we talk over the phone" he asked and his accent filled each and every single word
"Sure, I'm good with it as long as you give me what I want" I responded even though what he did was very unprofessional, but still
"What do you want to talk about?" He asked with poshe and I stroked my chin
"What are the fastest way to relieve someone who's suffering severe memory loss?" I blurted out and silence lingers for a while, did I not put the question correctly?
"You mean Amnesia?" He asked and I almost rolled my eyes
"Is there another word for it?" I fired back sarcastically and he cleared his throat
"Oh sorry, I didn't mean to, actually there really isn't any such thing as fastest way though, depending on the situation and state of mind of the victim as at the time of the occurrence, most victims regains their memories fast, while others never do at all, but most times a victim is most likely to regain his or her memory if he or she happens to go through the exact same incident that caused their memories loss" he said at a go and I crunch my face in a wild thought
"What if you try to force the victim to remember their pasts, does it have any side effects?" I questioned more accurately
"It's not adviceable to force any victim, if they can't remember on their own then it's better to let them be, or else it might cause complete brain damage, the safest way is to try and do things they usually do before, their hobbies and favorite places, let them feel their past instead of shoving it in their faces" he said and I shook my head, non of Jasmine's favorite places are here, she's all grown up and doesn't even like playing tag like they usually do before, yes I have tried doing things from the past but she isn't feeling it at all
"Thanks doc" I muttered and hung up before he had the chance to say anything else
What are the chances that Jasmine would regain her memories?, I obviously can't force her now, not after what I've just heard
I sighed as my study room creaked open and Jasmine poked her head in, the most beautiful smile weaving patterns on her face as she steps in with both hands tucked behind her back, her sweatshirt covering her up, just the way I like it
She took careful steps as she slowly approaches me with a pout, I immediately figured she needed something, she's only extra cute if she needs anything
"What do you want?" I asked and she froze immediately, her brown orbs glistening as she blinks repeatedly and slowly wrapped her hands around my torso, I knew she was up to something
"Can I ask you for a favor?, and don't say no to me" she sounded cute and inresistable
"Let me guess, you want to go out with Mika and you need one of the cars and you also don't want any escorts because you want to spend a lone time with Mika since it's been so long you saw her?" I said and her lips parted slightly, if only she knew what these little gestures does to my body
"Ho.... how did you know?" She breathed out and I stroked her hair fondly before placing a kiss on her forehead
Her eyes still roaming over and I contemplated if letting her go was a good idea

Avia sighs as she strode towards the room her father was be held in, her breath coming out raspy and her stomach tightens at the thought of seeing her father almost lifeless but it's probably for the best
She pulled the door nob and walked in, immediately her eyes turned bloodshot as she scrambled towards him, grabbing his sides as he jerks furiously, his eyes were unsteady and all his body vibrated in scary motions
"Father!, Father!, Holy fùcking molly!!!, what's happening to you!?" She sobbed as tears steamed her eyes and the droplets fell on him as he continued shaking furiously
"Say something old man!!, are you dying or what!?" Avia lashed out angrily as her tears choked her, his movement were ragged as she could barely hold him still, her movements and attempts were futile as he jerks furiously and she falls àss flat on the ground, a loud thud echoed through the room and a huge pain rimmed her àss as she bites her lips to suppress the burning pain
The door opened and Laurence walked in, he wasn't moved by the frightening sight as he tucks his hands in his pockets and Avia jumped on her feet and a resounding slap echoed loudly, her breathing became stuffy as her hands colides with his face in a very fast motion, Laurence clenched his jaw as he stood still, barely affected by the heavy slap
"Fùck you Laurence!, Our father is dying and you don't even care!"
"That's because I don't give a fuck about if he dies or not!, What's more important is the fact that he's going to be out of my way as I take over!"
"Have you lost it!, Are you seriously going crazy!, we are talking about our father here not some street rat!"
"Who cares!?, I couldn't care less if he dies or not, to hell with his rotten soul!"
"Laurence!!!!!!"
"What!!!!?" Laurence yells and she flinched as he grabbed her hands together, jamming them with force as a yelp escaped her lips and tears bridged her swollen eyes, for the first time she's seeing this side of her brother, this monster in front of her isn't her brother, he's gone mad for blood lust and wealth, he's going crazy
"I swear to fùcking fuck if you dare alter my words again, I'm going to scrèw a nail through your head and nail it shut!, dare me and watch me throw you off a cliff!" He growled harshly as he pushed her away and she jolted, falling on their shaking father who's slowly losing it
"You're a monster!, I hate you!" Avia shuddered as her eyes were red and puffy
"More reasons why I don't give two fûcks about your stupid feelings, keep your head straight in the game or end up with your freaking maker" he threatened and her lips parted in dismay and shock, did he just threaten to kill her?
He opened the door and banged it shut and she broke down completely, hugging her Dad dearly and her eyes widened as she shoot her head up
He's no longer breathing?, Hell no!.... fûck!!
"Dad?, Dad?, please don't do this to me!, Dad!!!" Avia eyes popped out as she felt his heart and he's not moving, not even an inch
"He lied to me!, He wasn't sedating you!, he was slowly killing you without me knowing!!!" Avia shrikes as she fell on his lifeless body and weeped her eyes out

"Are they gone?" Roland asked as he stepped out and Delilah beamed as Mika and Jasmine left with their madness
"Yeah, Mika said some awful things about you before they left though" Delilah said with a smirk and Roland frowned
"I'm used to her being mean to me" he said and she walked up to him, getting hold of his hand as she intertwined their fingers, he looks at her with a confused expression
"Do you parhaps have feelings for Mika?" She suddenly blurted out
"She's my friend, and why are you asking?" He said and she smiles brightly
"That means I have a shot then, why don't we go out sometime, get to know each other more" she batterd her lashes and he slowly released his hands and stepped away from her
"I'm sorry Delilah but I'm not interested in you or anything you have to offer, I don't mean to be rude or anything but I only see you as a baby sister, you remind me so much of her that's why I'm close to you" he said and Delilah thought she saw bulls with fire for horns running towards her
Her pride and self-esteem were shoved deep down her throat as she watched him with a stunned expression
"A baby sister?" She repeated and he ruffled her hair in a childish manner
"My my, Delilah, I'm like five years older than you, and you remind me so much of my little sister Anna, she's just like your age, twenty years?... sorry for having your hopes up, kid" he shrugged his shoulders as he walked away

At that moment Delilah wished the ground would split into two and swallow her whole, crushing her bones and making sure her remains weren't found
"Tough break, little sister" Jasper suddenly said from nowhere as he taps Delilah's back in a mocking manner and she melted in utter shame, her cheeks red and hurting as she dashed out of the resort, her emotions flying through the roof as tears blinded her eyes

So I might have managed to convince Jayson to let me take one of the cars and cruise around with Mika, oh my goodness!, This is the best day of my entire life!
We went to different fun razers and stopped by at the restaurant and I watched how Mika tormented a certain girl named Delilah, my replacement
It was all fun and Roland was on the second spot on her shît list as she blasted him and we left before he could defend himself, I noticed Delilah glaring at Mika at any slightest opportunity
We stepped out of the ice cream shop since Mika wouldn't let us buy from the resort
"I'm driving this time!!" I announced as I yanked the keys and she didn't bother to stop me
"You should drive, I'm stuffed with ice cream" she groans as she held her head and we slipped into the car
"Same here, where are we going next?" I asked and she smiles weakly
"You can spend the night at my place" she blurted and I winced at the thought
"Jayson wouldn't like that" I altered and she rolled her eyes
"I now have to fight for some quality time with a guy?, I might end up gunning him down and disposing his remains in an abandoned construction site" she rasped out and I laughed, igniting the car as we drove down the highway
"Don't be ridiculous, besides, Roland is there" I muttered and she shot me a glare, I immediately looked away as I continued driving
"Funny how you can drive but can't swim, don't worry your secret is safe with me" she teased and I rolled my eyes
"Jayson already knows" I blurted
"He knows!?, Fùck!, I've lost my bestie!" She groans angrily and pouted as I laughed at her
We head straight for the swift road and Mika narrowed her eyes
"You are going pretty fast gurl, slow down" she mutters and my lips pursed in difficulty as I hit the brakes but it's not working, I tried again but the speed increases
"Jas!, what are you doing!?, Stop the damn car!" Mika's voice echoed through my ears but I couldn't concentrate as my eyes blared with fear, my forehead became sweaty and tension rised in the air
I didn't know why but I couldn't say a word despite Mika's yelling, my heart was frozen and my eyes darting due to our survival instincts
"Gimme that!" Mika huffed as the car sprawl out of control and she jerked the steering wheel but something horrible happened, the wheel pulled out directly and our eyes widened
"What..... have.. you done!?" I snapped but her lips quivers as she suddenly pointed up front and my eyes almost ripped out of it's socket
Up front is a car speeding directly towards us, aiming soley at our damaged car and I saw my life flashed before my eyes as Mika clutched onto me for her dear life
